The incorporation of Acrez33 by the Company is not expected to have any material effect on the issued and paid-up capital of Tanco or Tanco’s substantial shareholders' shareholdings or any material effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of Tanco for the financial year ending 30 June 2018. Further to the Company's announcement dated 29 June 2018 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") dated 15 October 2016 between Palm Springs Development Sdn. Bhd. (“PSD”), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Tanco, and Evergreen Offshore Inc. (“EOI”)  under the Asia Pacific One Belt One Road Tourism Industry Fund for the Malaysia Tourism Development Investments Projects, the Board of Directors of the Company would like  to announce that PSD had on 26 September 2018 received a  letter from EOI dated 26 September 2018 informing that EOI needs to terminate the MOU with immediate effect due to some unexpected problems arising from its identified potential investor(s). The termination of the MOU does not have a material financial effect on the Company. This announcement is dated 27 September 2018.
