印尼市場中突圍 傳創合獲3億水供合約

（吉隆坡3日訊）消息指出，創合集團（PASUKGB，0177，創業板貿易股）料在印尼市場中突圍，獲當地總值3億令吉的水供系統合約。

消息指出，該項總值3億令吉的合約料為期8年，該公司將在合約下管理防洪通道並供應乾淨水源。

消息人士透露，首階段今年首季將展開，合約總值8000萬令吉，勢必將大幅提振創合集團本財年營業額；不過，他無法透露更多詳情。

印尼並非該公司新市場，目前創合集團約5.9%營業額來自印尼市場，主要銷售低壓配電盤（switchboard）及變壓器；截至9月第3季，該公司營業額約2260萬令吉。

至今，去年中剛上市的創合集團旗下共持有6790萬令吉訂單，足以支援未來1年半營運，該公司參與競標的項目總值亦高達1億令吉。

創合集團早前預計，本財年營業額可按年成長15%至20%，海外業務銷量則在未來5年內勁增約30%。

截至上週四（31日）閉市，創合集團微揚2仙，掛26.5仙，成交量1215萬3200股。

以日均成交量來看，創合集團並不是所謂的炒股，交投都在200萬股以下。

至於是否值得作為長期投資，不妨先來看看業績表現。創合集團截至2013年3月31日首季由盈轉虧，蒙受23萬3千令吉淨虧損，相比前期錄得76萬9千令吉淨利，歸咎於現有合約計劃的賺幅走低。

該公司去年淨利大起179.25%至344萬6千令吉，其中機械及電子工程服務是最大的盈利貢獻者，佔了98%。

該公司於去年8月才在馬股掛牌，上市前分析員認為該公司僅值12仙，如今最新出爐的業績顯示蒙虧，更對股價股價走勢造成一定的影響。

不過，創合集團表示會爭取更多海外工程，並進軍具有發展潛力的新興國家，如中南半島。

同時，該公司早前透露即將會在卡塔爾設立辦事處，希望攫取當地機械及電氣工程執照，以直接競標政府工程，而目前的競標額值1億令吉工程。

創合集團擬多元化業務

（吉隆坡18日訊）創合集團（PASUKGB，0177，創業板貿易股）有意透過聯營進軍土木工程及建築業務，擴大盈利基礎，公司亦發出通告，促請股東了解業務詳情后再為多元化業務建議進行投票。

該公司現有一項價值6450萬令吉意向書（LOA），為怡保D’Festivo工程繼續建築工作。這項工程已在去年10月14日動工，至今已完成其中4.16%，料在2015年10月13日竣工。

創合集團若延期完工，需每日支付3萬5000令吉損失賠償，同時需在動工前提供銀行322萬5000令吉擔保金。
