Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 25 June 2015 in reply to the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 24 June 2015 in respect of the matter. The Company wishes to provide the following additional information:- 1)         Mr Chen Shien Yee and Encik Rizvi Bin Abdul Halim have no other interests such as commission or other kinds of benefits received from SMTRACK or any of its subsidiaries or other persons in relation to the Proposed Disposal. 2)         At the Board Meeting of SMTRACK held on 8 April 2015, the Board of Directors ("the Board") had deliberated and approved the disposal of the Property at a consideration of not less than RM1.20 million. However, the Management was unable to secure any interested purchaser(s) for the Property despite many attempts. Subsequently, Ni Hsin Resources Berhad had on 27 May 2015 made an offer to the Company to purchase the Property at a consideration of RM1.30 million. The Board, after deliberation, accepted the offer as it was the best interest of the Company to dispose of the Property at the said amount. 3)         The Proposed Disposal is not regarded a related party transaction pursuant to Rule 10.08(11)(c) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements. As such, information as per Appendix 10C of the ACE Market Listing Requirements is not applicable to the Company. This announcement is dated 30 June 2015.

（赛城21日讯）思泰科技（SMTRACK，0169，创业板）获中国独家授权，为从大马和东南亚出口至中国的食品等货物，提供食品安全追踪服务，冀2年内取得2.5亿人民币（约1.66亿令吉）的订单。

该公司与中国广东省无线射频识别公共技术支持中心签约，合作将大马和其他东南亚国家的贸易商，整合到一个公共平台，以方便加快追踪今日中国港口的货物，特别是食品。

这项合作协议为期5年，食品包括燕窝、海鲜、油棕、水果，尤其是榴梿，将会经过思泰科技提供标签。

思泰科技副总裁陈维胜，今日在记者会上表示，此合作将让该公司，成为大马及东南亚地区食品出口商的唯一食品安全追踪系统服务供应商。

这意味着，有意出口至中国的食品，皆需要使用思泰科技所提供的服务。

该公司放眼两年内，能为总额250亿人民币（165亿8000万令吉）的贸易活动，提供此服务，并会收取高达1%的服务费。

陈维胜指出，随着中国爆发一系列的黑心食品问题，引发食品安全隐忧，目前中国非常注重食品安全。
