现金充裕加上股权变动 富佳木业成市场焦点

（吉隆坡18日讯）以沙巴为基地的胶合板制造商富佳木业有限公司（FLBHD，5197，工业产品组），过去5年其现金储备和派息数额已稳定地增长，并且引起投资者的注意。

截至去年底，它保留了7805万令吉的盈利，较2013年的7027万令吉为多。该家现金充裕公司在2011及2012年分别派息6仙，而在2013和2014年则分别派息8仙。

观察家说：“如果该集团在未来决定派发丰厚股息或拟定送股，我不会感到惊讶，因为它拥有足够现金来经营其常规业务。”

据市场预测，富佳木业将会进行企业活动的可能性很高。这可从该股于今年2月和3月的强劲走势中看出。

他指出，尽管该股价格走高，但是估值仍然相当便宜。

在家具制造业受惠美元汇价强劲的乐观情绪下，今年至今富佳木业的股价已经上升了46％，并且一度涨至1.53令吉的52周高位，使到它的市值晋至1亿5480万令吉。

目前，该集团没有负债，而现金储备在截至2014年12月31日止录得5940万令吉，意味着每股拥有现金57.5仙。基本上来说，以每股股价1.57令吉，及2014年每股盈利15.53仙作为基准，它的本益比仅10倍。

若以它的同业常成控股有限公司（JTIASA，4383，工业产品组）与大安控股有限公司（TAANN，5012，工业产品组）比较，它们的本益比分别是28.3倍和11.7倍。

该观察家称：“富佳木业也属于家具和地板行业，我们认为该股还有更多上涨空间。对于该集团来说，市场对胶合板的需求不断增长是良好的，唯一美中不足是它是股票流量较低，仅得8.53％的股票数量在市面流通。”

在2013年报显示，截至2014年4月10日止，该集团的首30名大股东合共持有91.47％股权。

在该30名大股东中，来自台湾的3个家族总共持有至少64.8％。他们分别是陆氏（26.4%）、林氏（23.26%）和杨氏（15.15%）（以上人名译音）。

富佳木业在2011年4月于大马证券交易所主板上市，该集团专门从事制造及销售胶合板、单层板和叠层木材。在2013年，它的92.5％产品出口至海外，当中的67％出口至美国，而其余则出口至印度、韩国和台湾。

该集团的产品主要用于家庭装修，以及建筑用途。

令吉兑美元汇价疲软对出口商有利，而它的利润率有望提高，因为该集团的产品价格是以美元来计算。

从2010到2013年，富佳木业的每年收入介于1亿2000万至1亿4700万令吉，至于该期间的净利润则介于1000万至1500万令吉。

在2014财政年，净利润增长5.92％至1603万令吉，而营收则增长2.1％至1亿5040万令吉，这要归功于较高的赚幅和较佳的汇率。

预料该集团的大股东可能会趁着股票暴涨时，减持部分股票获取利润。

一名分析师表示，大股东的减持股权，配合董事局成员出现变动，表明该集团进行结构重组活动。

他透露：“该公司的股权结构主要是由个别股东组成，没有一名股东拥有超过10％。至于拥有超过10％股权的大股东已将其股权出售，但是新股东尚未公开身份。而市场将会密切注意谁是这些股票的买家。”

前天《资汇》一则关于FLBHD的报道出街后，我连续收到了好多封电邮还有来自FB网友的询问，从大家的反应来看，似乎不太满意《资汇》所提到的事项。

值得庆幸的，是大多数网友都还是有自己的看法，这很值得一赞。

每个投资者对某公司或某股都会有各自的看法，这很正常。这就好比当你看好某个公司而买进时，相对的也有人因看坏它而卖出，这样才会促使一宗交易的诞生。

况且，《资汇》这篇报道其实并没有结论，它提到如果在现在投资这只股显得为时已晚，但在结尾时又说这只股会引起市场的注意，亦有它的理由。

我读了之后其实有点丈八金刚，摸不着头脑，不懂应该买、该卖、还是守？？

说真的，我其实很不苟同里头所提到的几点，所以也想在此说说我自己的看法。

无可否认，FLBHD的几名大股东确实在过去这一年频频释出股票，也有大股东通过场外交易（DBT）把大宗股权让出给其他投资者。

可是我个人觉得，FLBHD的股价今天会来到RM1.57，其实反而跟大股东售股有莫大的关系。

就是因为大股东把股权释放出来，造成了流通量的增加，进而让投资者留意到了它而买进，也造就了它的股价在近期上扬。

如果继续让30大股东牢牢持有那91.47%，想必今天FLBHD也不会开始受到那么多人的青睐（当然也包括我在内）。

报道里头提到，现在FLBHD的股价屡创新高，那么大股东继续套利的机会远比高价买进为高。

无可否认这个可能性确实很大，但它却忽略了一点，就是没将FLBHD刚在4月8日建议回购股票计划考虑在内。众所周知，回购股票计划有助于稳定股价。况且，即使大股东继续卖股，那也不代表股价一定会跌。

还有一点我最无法认同的，就是报道里头指FLBHD的派系作风称不上稳定。

拜托！FLBHD自2011年上市至今，从不间断的年年派息好不好！它只是将应该在2012年12月公布的股息，延迟了几个星期才公布吧了，但除权日依然是落在1月。

这样还叫不稳定，那么要怎样才叫做稳定？？

该公司虽然没有拟定派息策略，但这两年都把超过50%的净利拿来派息。

还有，以目前的股价来计算，FLBHD的本益比虽然已处于10.11倍，但是既然都知道它是一家净现金公司，为何没有将这一点也考虑进去？

该公司拥有每股56仙的净现金，如果将目前的股价（RM1.57）扣除了这笔现金以后，FLBHD的本益比其实只有6.5倍。

最后，既然报道里头也指出以目前美元的强势，预料FLBHD也可以因此交出不错的成绩。如此一来，FLBHD在今年的业绩还有望继续走强，以目前的股价来算，本益比其实更低啊！

十一月是业绩旺季，大约有接近80%的公司都会在这个时候公布业绩。而这个季度的“大势”还是在美金股身上。许多美金相关的出口公司都有非常不错的表现，包括了TOPGLOV, MAGNI, HARTA, SUPERLN, POHUAT等出口股。因此笔者认为接下来许多更美金相关的出口股将会有不错的表现。

今天要分析的公司就是受惠于美金走高的FLBHD(5197)富佳木材，以下是这家公司的简介：

FLBHD（富佳木材，5197， 主板工业产品股），成立于1989年10月30日，并于2011年4月28日上市大马交易所主板。

大本营设在沙巴的FLBHD是一家胶合板及夹板制造商，这家公司当初成立是基于两大条件：
1、 沙巴拥有丰富的天然热带雨林资源
2、 政府计划进一步发展下游木材业

时至今日，它已发展成为一家大型胶合板制造商。

FLBHD的产品大约8% 在国内销售，其余的则出口到北美洲（美国、加拿大和墨西哥）、欧洲、中东、印度、中国、韩国、日本、台湾、香港及东南亚各国，而美国则是该公司最大的出口市场。

最让人欣赏的是，这家公司已经连续两年派发8仙的股息。更惊喜的是，FLBHD之前都是在12月公布股息，这次第一次在7月30号给了5仙的股息。所以很多股东都期待年底会再度派发5-8仙的股息。

以上是公司的一些策略，公司有意开发新的市场，而且有意进军家私，Home decorating以及Home contruction等领域。

以上是公司的主要收入来源，而最大贡献的segment就是Plywood-夹板。

以区域的收入来看，美国在2014年占了几乎65%的市场，所以FLBHD的业绩才会在Q2突破了历史新高!

此外，FLBHD在2014年有98%是以外币计算，大部分是以美金结算，这将会是它们非常大的优势。

公司的业绩以及盈利已经连续4年进步，Profit Margin更是从之前的8.7%进步到现在的14.2%。2015Q2的Net Profit Margin更是来到了16.05%。而Q3的美金平均汇率更是来到了4.05左右，比Q2的3.66上涨了接近11%左右。因此最新一个季度的Profit Margin有可能会起到18%也不为奇。

以上是上个季度公司对未来的展望以及业绩Summary，可以看到USD这个词出现不下3次，所以Q3的业绩是非常让人期待的。此外，公司的PE现在是11.87，在木材领域里算是偏低的。只要11月的业绩有所进步，PE可以降低到11以下的水平。值得一提的是，公司的净现金高达8,000万，希望派发股息可以继续大方下去。保留盈余也非常可观，股东们是很乐于接受Bonus Issue红股的。

富佳木業 第3季淨利猛漲近2倍

（吉隆坡17日訊）美元走強，加上售價改善，富佳木業（FLBHD，5197，主要板消費）截至9月底第3季，淨利按年猛漲幾乎2倍至965萬令吉，營業額起26%至4280萬令吉，宣布每股派息10仙。

富佳木業向馬證交所報備，配合業績宣布，將在12月21日派發每股10仙中期股息，除權日鎖定在12月3日。這將該公司全年至今的股息提高至15仙。

該公司首9個月淨利飆升92%至2102萬令吉；營業額增13%至1億2296萬令吉。

該公司指出，淨利成長歸功于美元走強，協助獲得更多外匯收益，以及平均售價提高賺幅。【中国报财经】

With his vast experience in the industry and technical expertise and know-how in the manufacturing of plywood, the Group has been able to produce a wide range of quality plywood that meet customers requirements and international quality standards.He started his career in the timber industry as a timber trader in Taiwan, attached to a timber trading and plywood manufacturing company in Taiwan. Between 1981 and 2002, he and the other two (2) founders owned a timber trading company in Taiwan where he was a director of the company. Besides the plywood business, he also has investments in property development business in the People's Republic of China and a petrol station in Taiwan. Due to his extensive business experience and investments in various countries, he was appointed as the President of the East Malaysia Committee of Taipei Investors' Association in Malaysia from 2001 to 2004 and Vice National-President of Taipei Investors' Association Malaysia from 2003 to 2004. He was awarded the Best Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur by the Taiwanese government in 2005 in recognition of his entrepreneurship achievement overseas. In 2008, he was appointed as the Advisory Official in Malaysia for a year by the Taiwanese government to assist the government in handling Taiwanese residence affairs in Malaysia. In 2009, he was appointed for a two (2)-year term as an Overseas Compatriot Affair Commission member by the Taiwan government. His role as a member of the Overseas Compatriot Affair Commission is to act as one of the liaison person between the Taiwanese in Malaysia and the Taiwanese government.
