瞄準住宅裝修‧白馬營收有望雙位數增長

產業市場雖放緩，惟轉手房屋的裝修需求仍高，白馬控股積極從中攫取商機，分析員看好2015至2017財政年的原件生產（OEM）營業額有望取得雙位數增長。

達證券表示，該公司目前僅有15至20%磁磚出口海外，餘下則供應大馬市場。其中，大馬高達35%客戶是發展商，白馬控股有意將比例提高至60%。

達證券表示，目前產業市場雖然放緩，但2004年至2014年的住宅單位從350萬個增至480萬個，每年複合成長率（CAGR）為3.4%，住宅裝修市場依然有利可圖。

即使在1998年及2008年經濟風暴時，白馬控股營業額依舊穩定成長；該公司自1999年上市以來，常年營業額複合成長率達9.4%。

達證券預計該公司2015至2017財政年的原件生產業務營業額有望增長16.7%，稅前盈利賺幅可達10.4%、10.5%及10.9%，淨利則預測分別增長5.9%、3.4%和4.9%至6千250萬令吉、6千460萬令吉及6千780萬令吉。

該公司的大馬工廠產能有望走高至92%，而越南工廠的使用率在未來3年內達到75%、80%及85%，兩地工廠每年可分別生產2千800萬平方米及1千265萬平方米的瓷磚。

成本企高和令吉走软 侵蚀白马控股次季净利

（吉隆坡16日讯）归因于生产和营运成本较高，外加令吉疲弱，因而拖累白马控股（White Horse Bhd）2016财政年次季（截至2016年6月30日）净利劲挫75.3%。

该集团次季净赚398万令吉或每股1.73仙，相比上财年同期的1609万令吉，或每股7.02仙。

然而，次季营业额却微增0.5%至1亿8577万令吉，同期为1亿8487万令吉。

纵观2016财年上半年的业绩表现，白马控股净利跌挫35.9%至2125万令吉，或每股9.26仙；同期净赚3316万令吉，或每股14.46仙。

合共两季营业额按年下跌8.4%至3亿5550万令吉，同期报3亿8800万令吉。

这家瓷砖制造商表示：“在市场竞争的情况下，加上外汇波动，以及较高的生产和营运成本，企业营运仍旧充满挑战。”

“我们已采取应对措施来提升生产效率，并节约成本和重组市场，以应对这些挑战。”

销量受冲击．白马控股财测下修

（吉隆坡17日讯）房市疲弱打击白马控股（WTHORSE,5009,主板工业产品组）的磁砖销量，造成首半年业绩逊于市场预期，达证券看淡未来业务展望，决定调低盈利预测和评级。

扣除1170万令吉外汇赚益，该公司上半年核心净利按年剧挫80.9%至960万令吉。受生产和营运成本增加、折价清货、规模经济缩减等影响，核心税前盈利赚幅由前期的15.6%降至4.5%。

贡献三分二营收的国内市场销售额降低17.5%，考虑到营运成本增加、平均售价和赚幅降低等利空，达证券下修2016至2018财政年盈利预测24.6%、9.6%和8.7%。

不过，越南销售额激增35.1%，相信可以减轻国内业务疲软的影响。

盈利预测下调后，白马控股的目标价从2令吉57仙调至2令吉32仙，评级也由“买进”降至“守住”。
