BTM资源拟与外企联手打造4.35亿废物转至能源发电厂

（吉隆坡17日讯）BTM资源（BTM Resources Bhd）计划与两家中国公司--华西能源国际股份有限公司（China Western Power International）和四川电力建设2公司（Sichuan No 2 Electric Power Construction Company）合作，在马六甲打造一座价值4亿3500万令吉的市政废物转至能源（WTE）发电厂。

BTM资源今日透过大马交易所发文告报备，该集团已和华西能源及四川电力于上周五（4月14日）签订一项谅解备忘录（MoU），其中清楚阐明涉及此项目的各方意图。

根据文告，这座WTE发电厂每日的产能不低于1000吨。

华西能源涉及投资、工程、商业和管理服务业务，而四川电力在再生能源项目的发展、投资、建设和营运有着极丰富的经验。

在这项MoU下，所有三方将通过一家特殊用途公司（SPV），联手投资以标得发电项目。

这个项目的投资总额估计为4亿3500万令吉。

BTM资源表示，西华能源和四川电力将负责这个项目的工程、采购、建设和调试（EPCC）的所有融资成本，并全额资助与此相关的技术开发成本。

“本集团将透过MoU与此次合作的平台，借助四川电力在发电项目的声誉、经验与地位。这将多元化收入来源，以及未来为集团贡献盈利。”

BTM资源新大股东．近期料浮现

（吉隆坡21日讯）消息人士指出，小资本木材公司BTM资源（BTM,7188,主板工业产品组）料在未来一至二周内，迎来新大股东──来自香港的私募基金（PE）公司。

消息人士向《The Edge》表示，该香港投资公司已握有BTM资源3.1%股权，并将透过包括私下配售和转换凭单的方式，增持股权。

《彭博社》数据显示，BTM资源在本月10日，进行3项共400万股或3.1%的股权交易，每股售价为10仙。

“这批（400万股）是在场外进行，而目前（香港投资公司）在BTM资源的持股将增至约2500万股。”

据探悉，BTM资源建议进行私下配售，发售最多1280万股新股，相等于缴足资本的10%。

消息人士指出，无论该公司是否进行私下配售，香港私募基金公司也将崛起成为大股东，主要是因为后者目前在不断吸纳已发行的凭单。

（吉隆坡27日讯）BTM资源（BTM，7188，主板工业产品股）子公司BTM Western Power Green Energy私人有限公司（简称BTMWP），获颁工程、采购、施工、调试和金融（简称EPCC + F）合约。

BTM资源向交易所报备，为了执行该项目，BTMWP今天与SEPCO电力建设公司（简称SEPCO）签署暂定协议。

根据协议，BTMWP将发展马六甲的垃圾焚烧发电厂项目，每日处理量不少于1000吨。

BTMWP正在申请EPCC+F的承包商资格；而SEPCO具备这方面的资格。

SEPCO将与BTMWP一起进行必要的前期工作、一般项目的工程、采购、建设和调试，以及安排和测试项目的全面金融。

拍伙四川电力

BTM资源称，这项协议为公司提供进军SEPCO熟悉的电力项目，且多元化公司的收入来源，贡献未来盈利。
