营业额增 Apex Healthcare首季净利扬16.2%

（吉隆坡18日讯）营业额走高，带动Apex Healthcare Bhd首季净利按年上扬16.19%。
截至3月杪首季净利达981万令吉，或每股8.38仙，相比上财年同期的845万令吉，或每股7.21仙。
该公司指出，联号公司 Straits Apex私人有限公司的100万令吉贡献，其中40万令吉是令吉汇率走强的未实现外汇收益，也推高净利。
首季营业额增5.29%至1亿4748万令吉，同期为1亿4006万令吉。
Apex指出，所有业务子公司的收入符合预期，新加坡子公司和本地消费保健产品和医药批发业务贡献良好。
该公司补充，核心业务的前景依然受看好。
“非专利药需求提高，以降低医疗成本、日益富裕，以及某些国家人口老化，提振市场需求。”
可是，全球经济不明朗、油价保持低位，以及外汇波动，导致经商环境充满挑战。
“我们已降低2016年的预期。如无意外，董事部预计本财年将交出满意表现。”

Apex Healthcare次季净利飙升46% 营业额走高 派息5.5仙

（吉隆坡17日讯）Apex Healthcare Bhd 2016财政年次季净利飙涨46%至965万令吉，同期净赚660万令吉，归因于营业额增长18%。
该集团今日向大马交易所发文告报备，2016财年次季（截至2016年6月30日）营业额报1亿4670万令吉，同期录得1亿2430万令吉，营收走低主要是政府实施消费税（GST）所致。
同时，Apex Healthcare也共享旗下一家联号公司的86万令吉盈利，相比上财年同期蒙亏54万令吉。
“所有子公司的营业额在预期之内，外加来自集团品牌的医药与消费产品、分销机构、马新两国的医药批发业务的贡献强稳。”
然而，由于进口原料和制成品成本企高，该集团次季盈利赚幅仍持续承压。
与此同时，Apex Healthcare也宣布，2016财年派发每股5.5仙的单层中期股息，派息日定于9月30日。
总结上半年的业绩表现，该集团净赚1946万令吉，同期则录得1505万令吉，涨幅为29%；营业额也从上财年同期的2亿6434万令吉，年增11%至2亿9416万令吉。
“全球经济不稳定和外汇波动，致使营运环境充满挑战，我们依然维持2016年的温和预测。如无任何意外，我们预见，集团2016财年将取得令人满意的表现。”

APEX保健建新制药厂
2016年9月16日
（吉隆坡15日讯）APEX保健（AHEALTH，7090，主板消费产品股）宣布，独资子公司Xepa-Soul Pattinson（马）私人有限公司（简称Xepa），将在马六甲Cheng工业园，兴建新的药丸制药厂，成本总值6800万令吉。
该公司向马交所报备，新制药厂毗邻Xepa现有的制药厂，新厂设备包括生产机械和多层停车场。
产能见顶
根据该公司文告，新的厂房放眼制药应付海内外市场需求，且为了降低人为错误，也增加了自动化和数码控制系统，同时扩大了建筑物管理系统。
新厂建峻后，将提升公司的药丸产能，有助于未来的发展策略。
APEX保健指出，Xepa现有的药丸制造厂，于1996年开始启用至今，已达最大产量，且已无法再翻新来加大产能和产量。
目前，新制药厂已完成设计工作，即将针对建筑和器材招标。
该公司预计，将于今年末季动工，如无意外，2018年下半年可开始生产。

APEX颁1870万建厂合约

（吉隆坡22日讯）APEX保健（AHEALTH，7090，主板消费产品股）委任Erallex私人有限公司为新药丸制药厂的主要承包商，合约价值1870万令吉。
该公司今日向马交所报备，通过独资子公司Xepa-Soul Pattinson颁发合约，兴建工程将在2个星期后开始，并在13个月内竣工。
APEX保健指出，该合约不会对该公司2016财年的盈利和净资产有显著的影响，也不会影响该公司的资本和股权结构。
9月15日，APEX保健向马交所报备，将在马六甲Cheng工业园兴建新的药丸制药厂。【e南洋】

Apex Healthcare首季净利年增3%

（吉隆坡17日讯）Apex Healthcare Bhd 2017财政年首季（截至2017年3月31日止）净利年增近3%至1010万令吉，或每股8.61仙，相较于上财年同季的981万令吉，或每股8.38仙。
营业额也从上财年同季的1亿4748万令吉，按年增长4.9%至1亿5465万令吉。
Apex Healthcare今日向大马交易所报备，所有业务的营业额表现皆符合预期，而该集团在大马和新加坡政府部门录得的销售也取得良好进展。
Apex Healthcare补充道，集团旗下品牌的3项新药品在2017财年首季也顺利推出市面。
“我们认为，制药、营销和分销药品和消费者医疗保健产品的前景依然保持正面。”
该集团指出，由于制药厂继续专注于仿制药生产，以降低医疗保健成本，外加富裕和经多见广的消费者着重医疗保健产品的质量与价值，以及某些国家人口老龄化，这些因素也带动市场需求。
若无任何意外，Apex Healthcare估计，集团2017年将再次取得令人满意的业绩表现。

郭孔丰晋APEX保健大股东

（吉隆坡21日讯）世界糖王郭鹤年侄子郭孔丰，晋升为APEX保健（AHEALTH，7090，主板消费产品股）的大股东，间接持有40.61%股权。
间接持股40.61%
APEX保健向交易所报备，郭孔丰上周四（13日），收购了仁恒鹏瑞利投资（新加坡）私人有限公司的4757万股股权。
同日，仁恒鹏瑞利投资收购了联合工程有限公司（UEL）的33.5%股权。
UEL通过子公司UE UMC私人有限公司，持有Apex药剂控股私人有限公司的30%股权。
而Apex药剂控股，持有APEX保健的40.61%股权，让郭孔丰得以间接持有。
仁恒鹏瑞利投资是由仁恒置地、鹏瑞利置地集团、郭孔丰及丰益国际所成立的联营公司。
其中，郭孔丰也是丰益国际的联合创办人、主席兼总执行长。【e南洋】

(a) “United Engineers Ltd (“UEL”), one of Singapore’s oldest firms (founded in 1912), has an existing 40.61% stake in Malacca-based pharmaceutical product maker Apex Healthcare Bhd.”
(b) “UEL-owned Apex Healthcare posted group earnings of RM34.95mil on revenue of RM581.27mil for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2016.”
The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to clarify that UEL does not own a direct 40.61% stake in AHB. UEL is only deemed to have an interest in AHB through its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely UE UMC Pte Ltd which in turn owns 30% equity interest in Apex Pharmacy Holdings Sdn Bhd, which has a direct interest of 40.61% in Apex Healthcare Berhad.
Therefore, it is incorrect to describe AHB as “UEL-owned”.

APEX保健次季赚1030万

（吉隆坡16日讯）APEX保健（AHEALTH，7090，主板消费产品股）截至6月杪次季，净利按年增加6.72%至1029万7000令吉，或每股8.79仙；并宣布派息每股5.5仙。
APEX保健向交易所报备，公司上财年同期净赚964万9000令吉。
次季营业额也涨5.87%，从上财年同期的1亿4668万5000令吉，增加至1亿5529万7000令吉。
累计首半年，净利按年增4.76%至2038万8000令吉；营业额则增加5.37%至3亿994万9000令吉。
另外，APEX保健也派息每股5.5仙，除权日及享有权益日，落在下个月13日及15日。【e南洋】
