民都魯港口發15%新股籌資3.99億

（吉隆坡28日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主板貿服組）宣佈，該公司建議私下配售15%股權的新股，給砂州財政秘書機構或是後者的獨資委托子公司，以籌集約4億令吉充當認購沙瑪拉朱港口股份用途。

該公司發文告指出，在完成私下配售15%，或是6千萬股新股後，買方-砂州財政秘書機構或旗下子公司，將向有關當局申請豁免進行強制性全面收購其餘股份的限制。

若以每股售價6令吉65仙為准，上述15%股權將可籌得約3億9千900萬令吉資金，而其中的3億9千760萬令吉，將充當認購沙瑪拉朱港口股份的用途。（星洲日報／財經）

興業表示，民都魯港口去年第四季業績漂亮翻身，相信三馬拉如（Samalaju）地區建築原料海運活動增加，可讓該公司旗下港口保持忙碌，繼續助該公司遞交體面業績單。

“該公司宣佈將透過私下配售6千萬股籌集預4億令吉資金，作為收購三馬拉如港口計劃的部份資金，新股配售價訂在每股6令吉65仙，將由砂拉越金融秘書機構（SFSS）全面認購。＂

此外，三馬拉如港口預料今年6月前完成建造雙駁船停泊位和滾裝滾卸船坡，港口首階段發展則預計2016年完成，該港口初步資本開銷達1億9千300萬令吉，首階段工程完成後，該港口將擁有1千800萬公噸綜合產能。

民都鲁港口首季吞吐量料成长10%

（吉隆坡3日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）预计，2013財政年首季的吞吐量將按年成长近10%，这將有助於该公司实现所设定的关键绩效指標（KPI），即全年货物吞吐量达到4425万公吨。       

民都鲁港口首席执行员拿督密佑阿末指出，该集团於上財政年的货物吞吐量达4116万公吨，並冀望能够在本財政年將此数额提高至4425万公吨。

「当中，最主要的成长动力来自於非液化天然气（LNG）业务。」

密佑阿末透露，非液化天然气的吞吐量料將达到3500万公吨，占超过总货物吞吐量的一半。

「从首季近10%的成长来看，相信我们將能够达到今年所设定的4425万公吨货物吞吐量的关键绩效指標。」

密佑阿末是在出席民都鲁港口第17届股东常年大会后，在记者会上向媒体发表以上谈话。

根据民都鲁港口的財政年报显示，该集团於2012財政年的货物吞吐量按年微跌54万公吨或1.29%，至4116万公吨。

对此，密佑阿末坦言，主要因为去年来自日本较低的非液化天然气需求量，加上该集团位於民都鲁的非液化天然气厂面临停机维修，致使其非液化天然气吞吐量减少5%。

无论如何，密佑阿末预计今年的非液化天然气吞吐量將回升。

「此外，我们的非液化天然气厂房正在进行扩建活动，预测在2016年工程完成后，为我们带来额外360万公吨的吞吐量。」

根据民都鲁港口所提供的资料，该集团於2013財政年所设下的关键绩效指標，包括了4425万公吨的货物吞吐量、5亿5567万令吉的营业额、28.77令吉的每股盈利、以及3亿5936万令吉的未计算利息、税项、折旧及摊销之盈利。

股东大会移师西马

值得注意的是，该集团过去的股东大会都是在东马举行。

此次首次移师西马，选择在毗邻吉隆坡国际机场的Sama-sama酒店召开股东常年大会。

该大会通过所有议案，包括派发每股7.5仙的终期单层股息，將全年的每股股息提升到30仙。

另外，针对该集团旗下的三玛拉朱（SAMALAJU）港口发展计划，密佑阿末表示，临时设施工程预期將在今年8月份竣工，届时料將可投入运作。

儘管如此，目前已有两家公司在三玛拉朱工业区投入生產，即齐力工业和日本德山公司（Tokuyama Corp）。

「同时，OM控股以及亚洲矿业有限公司也將分別在2014年的首两季在该工业区开始投入运作。在三玛拉朱港口於2016年全面竣工之前，该临时设施足以应付4家企业的產量。」

民都魯港口頒發3億合約

吉隆坡18日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿易）頒發砂拉越沙馬拉祖港口發展計劃的一項總值逾3億令吉的合約出去。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，是項合約頒發給承包商即Pekerjaan Piasau Konkerit私人有限公司及中國港灣工程聯營。

該合約主要是為沙馬拉祖港口發展計劃的首階段，興建及完成其他相關工作配套，合約期限達30個月，總值近3億600萬令吉。

（吉隆坡19日訊）民都魯港口（BIPORT,5032,主板貿服組）昨日宣佈頒發價值3億零600萬令吉的港口建築合約給中國和本地公司聯營財團，大馬研究認為港口發展合約出爐消息或暗示砂州基建發展活動將重新升溫，令當地承包商受惠。

大馬研究估計，納入最新頒發合約計算，耗資約18億令吉的沙瑪拉珠港口發展計劃至今已頒發約9億4千萬令吉工程，意味仍有8億令吉合約有待頒發。

“沙瑪拉珠港口合約消息可能是砂州基建發展活動重新升溫的象徵，尤其是砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE），下一項重大合約預料是價值約10億令吉的500公瓦傳輸系統，砂拉越電纜（SCABLE,5170,主板工業產品組）在爭取這項合約過程中處於領先階段。”

（吉隆坡29日訊）營運費用提高，導致民都魯港口（BIPORT，5032，主要板貿易）截至6月底次季淨利按年挫38%，由于不影響股東收益，公司每股派發7.5仙股息。

次季營業額按年微漲3%至1億2334萬令吉，淨利挫38%至2409萬令吉。每股7.5仙的中期股息，股息總額約4.6億令吉。

該公司指出，公司在次季營運費用較首季高出958萬令吉至9333萬令吉。

這些費用主要用來支付員工薪金、設施維護費用等。

20亿港口工程 民都鲁港口招标

（古晋14日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）总值20亿令吉的沙马拉祖（Samalaju）港口工程合约将公开招标。

在这项招标合约中，包括5项码头建设合约，这些码头将为轻便型（Handysize）以及轻便极限型（Handymax）货船提供服务。

民都鲁港口全资子公司沙马拉祖工业码头有限公司营运主管末沙烈回应《星报》提问时说，码头配套的招标作业将在下个月截止。

他说，4个轻便极限型货船码头在完工后，可应付5万载重吨位（简称DWT）以上的船只，其中3个码头长度达210公尺，另一个则为250公尺。

唯一的一个轻便型货船码头长度为230公尺，可应付2万DWT以上的船只。

“这5个码头预计将在2016年完工，届时沙马拉祖的港口吞吐量将増置每年1800万公吨。”

报道指出，这个新的深海港口是为了能源领域公司如铝矿及锰矿石冶炼厂，提供更佳的货运服务。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡4日讯）民都鲁港口（BIPORT，5032，主板贸服股）日前宣布一系列人事更动，包括委任新主席和董事。

该公司向马交所报备，现年61岁的现任主席丹斯里万阿都阿兹的任期于10月31日结束，但他并没有续约，所以即日起卸下主席一职。

根据该公司文告，万阿都阿兹卸任后，民都鲁港口主席一职，将由丹斯里阿里哈姆沙代替。

阿里哈姆沙现年58岁，在公共领域拥有非常丰富的服务经验。
