數碼電訊委新CEO
盈利展望維持不變
（吉隆坡13日訊）數碼電訊（DIGI，6947，主板基建）委任新總執行長，券商認為對公司影響微乎其微，公司盈利展望將維持不變。 數碼電訊昨日宣佈，現年38歲的約翰丹尼林德將從4月1日起接任總執行長，原任總執行長莫登倫特將加入全球最大電訊業者文德風（Vodafone）。 亞歐美證券報告指出，約翰丹尼林德曾擔任數碼電訊總財務長及總行銷長，有一定經驗可勝任總執行長一職，對公司造成負面影響不大。 黃氏星展維克斯證券說，可能此消息公佈后，或將導致數碼電訊股項遭賣壓，投資者可趁此機會進場扯購。亞歐美及黃氏星展維克斯分別給予數碼電訊“買進”（Buy）投資評級，目標價各別是29令吉及30令吉。 另外，興業研究說，盈利展望維持不變，基于潛在特別股息派發，並在今年推出3G執照，種種利好激勵下，給數碼電訊“跑贏大市”（Outperform）投資評級，目標價為28.30令吉。 此外，數碼電訊今早以微揚10仙報開后，節節走高，交易未及半句鐘，已暴漲60仙至24.80令吉，惟爾后滑至平盤。休市時，該股平盤報24.20令吉，半日成交量為53萬7200股。

DIGI.COM BERHAD ("DIGI" OR "THE COMPANY")   -   PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY ("PROPOSED AMENDMENTS") 1.                Introduction The Board of Directors of DiGi wishes to announce that the Company proposes to obtain shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Amendments at an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company. 2.        Rationale The Proposed Amendments are to render the Articles of Association of the Company to be in line with the amendments to the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, to update the Articles of Association to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the Articles of Association and to further enhance administrative efficiency of the Company. 3.                Approval Required The Proposed Amendments are subject to the approval of the shareholders of DiGi at an EGM to be convened. A Circular to Shareholders containing details in relation to the Proposed Amendments will be despatched to shareholders in due course. This announcement is dated 14 February 2008.

東馬有一股力量開始出現了，听講和政府有關係的電訊公司，也是有 3G 和 一切條件，差不多要運作了。

到時任何事情也會出現非常大的變數，所以這埸電訊大戰又要開新來過了。
