从金融、制造、印刷到种植．菲马多元经营拼盈利

菲马集团（KFIMA，6491，主板贸服组）创立于1972年，初期核心业务为黄梨罐头包装，后来在1981年收购了马股上市公司菲马制罐（菲马机构（FIMACOR，3107，主板工业产品组）前身）。

1991年时，当时菲马集团管理层，从政府手中收购菲马集团；管理层也在期间重组两家公司业务。

时隔5年，菲马集团在马股首次公开售股（IPO），发售2583万股给公众人士，每股售价2令吉10仙。新股取得17倍超额认购，并在当年11月16日取得1令吉74仙或82.8%溢价，报3令吉84仙。

菲马集团上市以前，业务涵盖证券行、货仓与储存、种植、制造（安全文件印刷）、包装及食品加工。

当时，菲马集团旗下证券行——首都证券行（Capital corp），是最主要营业额贡献者，促使菲马集团扩大金融业务的版图，有意收购加拿大诺华银行51%股权，并获得国家银行批准相关收购。

合并遇阻
售证券行

此外，菲马集团不断扩大证券行业务，惟1999年证券行面对金融风暴打击，拖累菲马集团亏损逾4亿令吉，导致国家资产管理机构接管首都证券行；首都证券行亦是第一家上述机构委任特别行政人员接管的证券行。

后来，菲马集团成功重组证券行，并摆脱资产管理机构接管。菲马集团原本打算招聘更多经纪扩大证券业务。但2000年，证券监督委员会（SC）有意把国内证券行从63家减少至15家，菲马集团计划与其他证券行合并，惟面对众多阻力，以致合并不成，无法晋升至全方位证券行。

2001年时，菲马集团将证券业务脱售给英沙士（INSAS，3379，主板金融组）旗下的M&A证券行，当时售价为4500万令吉。

菲马机构核心业务：制造业

自此，菲马机构核心业务为制造（安全文件印刷）、种植与产业管理，其他业务也涵盖液态包装（liquid bulk）及食品。

菲马集团年报显示，目前制造业务营业额报2亿6830万令吉，税前盈利为5401万令吉，分别占该公司营业额及税前盈利的49.58%及48.4%，是该公司最核心业务。

菲马集团主要营收来自菲马机构。

菲马机构创立于1974年，初期业务以铝罐制造为主，客户包括杨协成、星狮（F&N，3689，主板消费品组）、大马啤酒（Malayan Breweries）公司等，后来菲马机构1976年在马股上市。

1990年时，菲马机构以750万令吉从政府手中收购保安印刷厂业务。该项业务主要印刷机密文件为主，如护照、试卷、股票证书、机票、彩票等等。

1993年时，该公司将铝罐制造脱售给当时英国上市公司卡诺制罐集团，售价高达9400万令吉。过后，保安印刷厂业务成为菲马集团的核心业务。

值得一提的是，在2002年以前，大马钞票由英国Telerue印刷，后来2002年3月时，菲马机构与德国保安证券巨擘Giesecke & Devrient Gmbh联营设立G&D大马有限公司，以印刷银行票据及现钞。

不过，印刷钞票并不代表生产盈利，G&D营运初期面临亏损。幸运的是，凭藉成本撙节及独家生产的业务，最终在2005年开始带来盈利贡献。

菲马机构2016年报显示，保安印刷厂税前盈利是该公司贡献，报5400万7000令吉，占69.9%，2015年贡献比例为57.6%。印刷类型包括旅游文件（57%）、执照（32%）、机密文件（3%）、证书（3%）及其他（5%）。

为了安全起见，菲马机构也在2006年，将业务多元化至种植业务，并积极拓展种植地库。截至今年3月，该公司的种植地库与工厂面积达5万8143英亩。

根据年报，菲马机构的鲜果串产量为14万9060吨，榨油率（OER）为22.42%。

公司特点
1. FIMACOR的贡献
尽管KFIMA持有数十家子公司，可是FIMACOR的净利就贡献KFIMA净利的69%，可以说FIMACOR和KFIMA基本面非常相近。由于昨天已经解说FIMACOR的业务表现及前景，今天不会重提这些业务。不过KFIMA也透过其他子公司涉及种植业，只是表现相当差劲，近两年皆亏损。

2. 液体储存库业务
今天只重点分析KFIMA其他的业务。KFIMA的液体储存库业务是赚幅最高的业务，税前盈利率就达42%。可惜营业额及净利分别只占集团的8.7%及17.5%，而且2017年此业务的营业额更大跌30%。大跌的主要原因是oilpalm based products产量更低而影响销售。所以液体储存库业务和种植业务有小小的关系。

3. 鱼罐头业务
鱼罐头业务的营业额及净利分别只占集团的20.9%及5.7%。此业务利润不高，税前盈利率只有5%~6%左右。未来走势也对集团的影响不大。
  
4. 高现金
2017年第4季度显示KFIMA净现金达RM376million，净现金:市值的比例高达72%！其中FIMACOR就贡献了RM336million，可见集团的现金都来自于FIMACOR。这也显示为何只有FIMACOR会派发特别股息。

FIMACOR vs KFIMA，那个比较好？
如果你喜欢KFIMA/FIMACOR的业务，你可能会好奇那一家公司比较好？其实两者基本面都差不多，所以你可以看到过去的股价走势皆相近。

KFIMA/FIMACOR的王牌业务就是制造业，其次就是FIMACOR旗下的种植业，而且现金都集中在FIMACOR，KFIMA的其他业务不如其FIMACOR经营的业务来得吸引，所以直接持有FIMACOR会更好一些。

目前KFIMA市值RM522.13million，P/E值10.39，FIMACOR的市值更高，达RM576.36million，P/E值9.91。KFIMA持有约60%FIMACOR的股份，所以扣除FIMACOR后，KFIMA剩余的市值才RM176.4million。另外KFIMA的nettotal asset为RM2.85/股，对比KFIMA RM1.85的股价，资产折价35%，有低估之嫌。由于KFIMA和FIMACOR都属一个大家庭，内部结构任何举动如公司合拼皆对市值变动有极大的影响。

结论那一家公司比较好？萝卜白菜，各有所爱。至于笔者的看法嘛，看收股息评分就知道了。

菲馬集團已審核末季淨利少34%

（吉隆坡22日訊）菲馬集團（KFIMA，6491，主要板貿服）截至3月底2017財年末季淨利，未審核和經審核的數額出現34.3%落差，主要是印尼子公司進行減值虧損所致。

該公司向馬證交所報備，末季未審核淨利為7673萬令吉，經審核后淨利為5043萬令吉，出現2631萬令吉或34.3%落差。

這是基于印尼子公司出現總值2631萬令吉減值虧損所致，包括在生物資產以及房產、工廠和設備的減值虧損，並依照印尼國家行政法院的裁決促使。

其中導因，是部分種植地與保留地範圍重疊所致，最終在法院的判決下需進行減值虧損。【中国报财经】

答：近期，菲马集团旗下的印尼种植业务闹官非，大众研究表示，公司虽就相关案件进行上诉，但忧虑这将成为未来盈利增长的阻力，并可能对税前盈利带来10%下行风险。

受到印尼种植地司法程序问题影响，菲马集团2017财政年第四季未稽查净利与2017财政年稽查财报存在逾10%差距，因此在调整生物资产和产业、工厂与设备拨备后，净利仅为2980万令吉，较未稽查2017财政年第四季财报的5030万令吉减少40.6%。

大众研究表示，菲马集团已向雅加达国家行政高等法庭（PTTUN）提出上诉，但实际结果仍未出炉，集团预期Kabupaten当地政府在结果出炉前，将允许其种植业务持续营运。

尽管有此保障，但该行忧虑这将是增长的潜在障碍，并可能对集团未来盈利带来更多下行风险，主要是种植业务料是增长来源。

该行认为，以2017财政年第四季未稽查财报来看，种植业务占菲马集团2017财政年税前盈利约20%，而印尼园丘现占总种植面积的50%，上述事件可能对税前盈利带来10%下行风险，因此维持其“中和”评级和1令吉85仙目标价不变。

（吉隆坡24日讯）菲马集团（KFIMA，6491，主板贸服股）宣布，主席丹斯里莫哈末拉兹在上周五逝世。

现年76岁的莫哈末拉兹，自1999年7月起担任电讯（TM，4863，主板贸服股）主席兼董事，长达10年直至2009年。

期间，他也从1999年至2012年，担任Menara Kuala Lumpur私人有限公司主席兼董事。

他先后于2005和2009年，担任大马数字经济机构（MDEC）和大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）董事。
