(吉隆坡13日讯)GHL系统(GHL Systems Bhd)已获得相关监管机构的营运执照,可在马来西亚和泰国开展放贷服务。
GHL今日发布文告指出,大马子公司GHL Payments私人有限公司已获得房屋及地方政府部发出的放贷执照,而泰国子公司GHL(泰国)有限公司获泰国央行发出纳米金融执照。
该集团表示,这些执照允许向个人和企业提供放贷服务。
“这标志着GHL策略的一个重要里程碑,即为小型商家提供更多增值服务,协助后者满足现金流需求。”
“提供放贷服务不仅能创造更佳的交易价值,还能提供GHL与客户的相关度。”该集团补充,其在大马和泰国的交易付款(TPA)商家有8万7600个点。
GHL总执行长梁家桢表示,这一发展是及时的,因为除了支付解决方案,GHL寻求在商家群上推出辅助服务。
“获得这两家监管机构的执照,也是对GHL在支付领域良好绩效的认可。这项服务将进一步巩固我们作为本地区领先电子支付方案供应商的地位及商家的首选。我们希望在菲律宾获得这类执照,而目前此事正在进行当中。”

GHL攻东盟数码支付‧受看好

(吉隆坡13日讯)GHL系统(GHLSYS,0021,主板科技组)持续在东盟市场推动其“全合一”器材据点,特别是推介交易支付价值(TPV)及电子钱包应用业务,预期将从第四季开始进行推展活动,以攫取东盟市场数据化支付的成长,使其后市业务潜能仍受看好。
兴业研究指出,该公司2019财政年首半年营业额成长35.3%,主要受到2018年收购的Paysys(马)及交易支付价值业务成长支持,惟净利却仅增长7.5%,因受到较高行政及分销成本的拖累。该公司管理层披露,若是扣除区域扩张的直接成本,该公司的核心净利可增长20%。
该行探悉,至于RON95汽油津贴系统初步计划保持不变,目前没有新的指示。惟目前政府较倾向现金派发为暂时选择,因为它较容易执行。
该公司交易支付价值据点达到8万5000个(按年增加65%),预料将持续积极增长,特别是采取全合一的器材,使它收购的电子钱包支付及预付加载等增加更多附加价值。
“2019年首半年的交易支付价值达到62亿令吉(按年增长31.5%),惟赚幅则从0.95%下跌至0.87%,主要是竞争及不同商家及使用卡基础混合所致,它所处理的价值正在增长,攫取数据化支付的增长趋势。”
目前威世及万事达信用卡接受,成为GHL系统直接支付计划的其中一部分,并从第四季开始,该公司将进行直接收购,以解决较低层次商家及中小型企业。
该公司将放眼填补服务不足的潜在客户的空档,他们通常不是银行的目标。这将潜在改善商家的折扣率及增加点触点,从而进一步扩大至其他借贷及保险服务领域。
“GHL系统的菲律宾及泰国业务增长料增动力,即使用更多终站器材-包括电子数据攫取(EDC)及销售移动点、跨界电子钱包接受如威世卡快速反应码(QR)、万事通快速反应码、阿里支付、微信支付及印尼电子支付等。在印尼的线下应用依然具挑战,使该公司在开始阶段先应用销售移动点方案及电子钱包。”
该公司对柬埔寨的计划是攫取更多的中国游客团,主要获取电子钱包支付。公司管理层也表示潜在扩展至其他亚洲市场,包括韩国在内。
该行予它“买进”评级,目标价保持1令吉77仙,或等于2020财政年预测本益比35倍水平,或较5年平均为33倍。
