光盘片厂精碟（2396）投资生产增亮膜后，已连续五个交易日跳空涨停，昨（20）日爆出18.6万张历史天量，股票周转率达18.65%，收盘价6.84元。

这几年光盘片景气不佳，部分光盘片厂进行转型，精碟宣布与日本欧姆龙(OMRON)集团签约，获取背光模块中重要组件增亮膜的相关专利。这项利多后宣布后，精碟股价飙涨，大股东中环（2323）也趁机调节持股，上周五申报转让精碟持股6,031张，转让后，中环仍持有精碟约14万张。

精碟指出，去年成功研发的增亮膜，本月正式小量交货中国华南地区模块厂，预计下月组装两条流水线、5月起每月产出25万平方公尺，第三季将扩充到50万平方公尺，明年初扩充到100万平方公尺。

法人表示，光盘片厂去年仅中环转亏为盈，其余业者可能尚未摆脱亏损，第一季光盘片销价不理想，光盘片厂单季仍难获利，基本面尚未好转，追偷窃进的风险不低。

Veeza boosts CD-R disc prices in 1Q, but flat 2Q expected

OEM prices for blank CD-R discs have risen 5-8% since the fourth quarter of last year mainly due to Royal Philips Electronics' promotion of it Veeza licensing, but quotes for next quarter will not meet makers' expectations, with prices expected to remain flat, according to leading Taiwanese makers of optical discs.

With leading Taiwanese makers of CD-R discs accepting Veeza last quarter and early this year, large retail players in the US and Europe increased their inventory levels in anticipation of rising prices due to Veeza royalty payments, the sources indicated. The situation pushed up OEM prices of CD-R discs 5-8% this quarter and makers have been producing at full capacity, the sources noted.

However, with inventory levels already increased and with the second quarter being the traditional slow season, OEM prices for next quarter have not increased as much as previously expected, and some smaller makers have even cut prices, the sources pointed out.

Still, in the DVD disc market, OEM prices for blank DVD+R/-R discs for next quarter will drop 3-5% from this quarter to US$0.13-0.15 for 8x discs and US$0.16-0.18 for 16x discs, the sources pointed out.

Taiwan makers: 20x DVD burners may become mainstream in 4Q 2007

With Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Dell evaluating the feasibility of adopting half-height 20x DVD burners, and other PC brands already having decided to adopt such burners for market segmentation and the promotion of sales of desktop PCs equipped with Windows Vista in the second quarter, 20x stands a good chance of replacing 16x to become the mainstream writing speed of DVD burners in the fourth quarter of 2007, according to leading Taiwan optical disc drive makers.

Lite-On IT started volume production of 20x DVD burners in late 2006, while Hitachi-LG Data Storage (HLDS) and Toshiba-Samsung Storage Technology (TSST) began production of 18x DVD burners but were not interested in producing 20x models then, the sources indicated.

In view of emerging OEM and ODM orders for 20x DVD burners and the likelihood of increasing volumes, HLDS, TSST and Pioneer are preparing to start volume production of 20x DVD burners in the second quarter, the sources pointed out.

Lite-On IT and BenQ have launched 20x DVD burners under their own brands Liteon and BenQ, respectively, for retail sale in the global market, the sources said. The demand for 20x DVD burners is expected to extend from retail markets to OEM/ODM clients, the sources noted.

精碟完成2年中期聯貸　改善財務結構

精碟科技（2396) 預定4月中旬與台銀等銀行團簽訂23億元中長期聯貸案，在按部就班完成中長期聯貸後，將進一步改善財務結構，且為新事業開展預備必要的營運週轉金。

精碟指出，由兆豐銀行、台灣銀行及台新銀行共同主辦金額近23億元的2年中期聯貸即將開花結果，已獲兆豐銀行等13家銀行支持，目前正進行簽約事宜，近期內預計可順利結案。

精碟表示，這個聯貸案特色在於把精碟目前所有往來銀行1年期短期借款，轉為2年中期可循環使用的借款，不僅能有效改善公司長短期負債結構，使流動比提高到150%以上，大幅提升短期償債能力，且為發展BEF等新事業預備足夠的營運週轉金。

精碟指出，2005年以來，由於全球光碟產業景氣不振，包括精碟在內的多數光碟業者，普遍面臨本業虧損窘境，導致部分金融機構對光碟產業授信態度趨於保守，在2005及2006年已償還金融負債本息近25億元，由於在營運各層面努力，逐漸獲得往來銀行認同，也促成近兩年來所提出的各項財務計畫得到銀行支持，同時規劃進行廠房處分等企業瘦身動作，讓財務狀況將更加穩健。

精碟說，在發展TFT-LCD背光模組內的關鍵零組件增亮膜等新事業陸續傳出捷報後，2年中期聯貸的完成，更吃下一顆定心丸。

中環領軍 光碟片族群補漲

(中央社記者戴海茜台北2007年3月22日電)光碟片族群去年財報不佳，惟因落後補漲，廠商挾各自題材出現大漲走勢，中環(2323)領軍率先攻上漲停，精碟(2396)與13家銀行可望簽訂聯貸案也呈現大漲，至於近期傳出去年財報可能虧損超越預期的鈺德(3050)盤中也一度急拉。

中環HD DVD已於去年獲得認證，至於藍光DVD(Blu-ray DVD)已申請認證，一旦認證通過將開始出貨，由於股價處於低檔，加上CeBIT展順利結束，今天股價走強，成功收復10元票面。

精碟與兆豐銀行、台灣銀行及台新銀行等近新台幣23億元的 2年中期聯貸，目前正進行簽約事宜，近期內預計可順利結案，利多消息激勵，今天股價再度上攻，盤中差一檔漲停。

光碟片廠商去年業績表現不佳，目前確定僅中環一家公司獲利，其餘都呈現虧損，尤其原本預期鈺德可望轉虧為盈，惟據了解因提列呆帳、打銷庫存設備以及支付權利金，全年仍無法轉虧為盈，法人圈盛傳虧損金額可能超過市場預期。

光碟片利多聯播 中環搶先申請藍光DVD認證 漲停收復票面

【鉅亨網記者王雅慧／台北‧3月22日】 受到PC料成本下滑、國際大廠退出市場利多刺激，加上廠商好消息頻傳，族群表現相當紅火，今(21)日股 價全面大漲，龍頭中環 2323(TW)搶先申請藍光 DVD認證，盤中買單狂敲，與國碩2406(TW)、遠茂3142(TW) 、豐聲8071(TW)、華鎂光8087(TW)攜手漲停，其他各股表現也相當強勢，錸徳 2349(TW)和精碟 2396(TW) 持續上探漲停價位。

新世代光碟機雖然尚未成熟，但雙方已悄悄展開廝 殺，國內光碟片大廠中環採雙軌並行，繼去年獲HD DVD 認證後，目前已開始申請藍光 DVD認證，腳步超越群雄許多，近來股價重獲市場青睞，今天買單紛紛敲進，委 買張數高居集中市場第三名，成交量衝高到 36000多張，推升股價攻上10元，正式啟動補漲行情。

由於轉機題材狂燒，精碟近來火力相當旺盛，繼日 前切入背光模組元件後，為了替新事業開展預備必要的 營運週轉金，更籌舉台銀34億聯貸案，目前已獲13家銀 行支持，預計 4月中可順利結案。

連番利多為精碟股價表現再添柴火，先前連拉 4根 漲停後，近 6個營業日累計收盤價漲幅已逾 3成，量能 全面釋出，今天成交量呈現萎縮，但多頭推升股價持續 上攻，成交量衝出 8萬多張大量，奮力上探漲停價位。
豐聲、華鎂光、遠茂買氣未見歇息，開盤跳空漲停 鎖住，其中豐聲買單高掛 1萬多張，遠茂也有5000多張 ，卻不得其門而入，以偏低的市價來說，漲幅相當驚人。

由於日本等地的國際大廠不堪長期虧損，紛紛退出 市場，加上佔光碟片成本25-35%的全球PC料產能大量開 出，PC料價格逐漸與油價波動脫鉤，對廠商毛利率的提 升有正面的影響，雖然法人仍多保守中性看待，但投資 人認為產業後勢看多，紛紛搶先佈局。
