Safety & Security Executive
Responsibilities :
Safety & Security :
* To ensure CCTV recording are up to date and safekeeping of CCTV recording.
* To review and document Safety & Security processes and procedures.
* To report any faulty CCTV camera and liaise with vendors.
* To check all access control workability and report any faulty device to HOD. Liaise with vendor to rectify the problem.
* To back up access control systems and data for various CISCO Recall centres.
* To record all Safety & Security incident to CISCO Recall & Global.
* To review all CCTV & Door Card Access Systems administration activities.
* To prepare monthly Security & Safety reports to Recall.
* To submit monthly Security & Safety report to HOD of Finance.
* To ensure Security guards follows security control instructions.
* To provide advice and recommendations on all physical and logical security matters.
* To maintains and print security form for guardhouse.
* To perform monthly inspection of CCTV historical record and submit checklist to customers.
* To generate monthly Security report to customers.
* To activate/deactivate staff access card/biometric according to HR instruction.
Risk Management / Business Continuity Plan / Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
* To perform Risk Assessment (BizSAFE Level 4).
* Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
* To assist in customers’ audits on safety and security component.
* To assist in conducting investigations for major WSH incidents
* To take charge on WSH enforcement and regulations.
Fire Safety :
* To perform as Fire Safety Manager
* To assist in conducting investigations on fire safety-related incidents
* To assist in conducting inspection and enforcement on fire safety hazards and violations in accordance to the Fire Safety Acts and regulations
* To assist in organising and conducting fire evacuation drills.
Staff vehicles registration
* To assist HOD in issuing car park decal and liaise with Finance Department for the charges.
* To register staff vehicle numbers and keep record. Liaise with Security Guard.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in engineering field
* Applicants with Fire Safety Management certification will be an added advantage.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* An employment background from the SCDF, SPF or SAF will be highly advantageous for this role
* Literacy in Microsoft Office applications such as word, excel and powerpoint
* Additional skills in crisis management, security management, WSH and Internal audit would be an advantage
Working location : Taman Jurong
Working hour : 8:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Thursday) / 8:30am to 5:30pm (Friday)
