（吉隆坡19日訊）歸咎於2千590萬令吉外匯虧損，以及營業額走低，JCY國際（JCY,5161,主板科技組）截至2016年3月31日第二季由盈轉虧，淨虧損642萬8千令吉，去年同期淨利為5千115萬2千令吉，拖累上半年淨利減少65.5%至3千496萬7千令吉。

次季營業額下滑10.12%至4億5千729萬3千令吉，導致首6個月營業額微挫1.13%至9億8千544萬8千令吉。

派息1.25仙

該公司董事部建議派發每股1.25仙中期股息，除權和享有日將在稍後決定。

JCY國際在初步文告中表示，全球驅動硬碟（HDD）產品需求將繼續面對嚴峻經濟環境挑戰，而來季可獲得市場範圍（TAM）料持續疲弱。

“我們將繼續槓桿化營運效率與經濟效益，為業務取得合理回酬，同時探討可槓桿化潛能的其他業務。”（星洲日報／財經）

JCY国际中国硬碟子公司因需求低迷而结业

（吉隆坡23日讯）JCY国际（JCY International Bhd）的中国子公司Foshan YK HDD Co Ltd（YK Foshan）因硬碟（HDD）需求低迷而结束营业，即日起生效。

这家综合硬碟部件制造商今日向大马交易所报备：“全球硬碟产品需求持续面临全球经济环境艰巨的挑战。”

JCY国际补充，硬碟未来几个季度的市场规模（TAM）持续疲弱，加上未能完全优化并全面使用YK Foshan的制造设备。

同时，该集团在其他地方也有充足的制造设备，短期内料将恢复产能。

“董事部意识到上述情况，在审查和评估集团的整体制造设备后，认为停止营运YK Foshan是最具营运效率及达至节约成本的目的。”

JCY国际表示，该集团在停止YK Foshan的运作后，并未承担其他债务。

不过，该集团表示，停止YK Foshan的运作估计将会有一次性成本，来自固定资产减值和减记的成本1260万令吉，占其截至2015年9月30日的净资产1.7%。

如无任何意外，JCY国际预计，YK Foshan的结业作业将在2016年9月30日前完成。

美元走强．JCY首季净赚4207万

（吉隆坡21日讯）归功于美元走强，JCY国际（JCY，5161，主板科技组）截至2016年12月31日第一季净利，从前期的4139万5000令吉走扬1.64%，至4207万5000令吉。

第二季营业额因销售和平均售价双双走低，按年下挫21.8%，至4亿1300万3000令吉。

派息1.25仙

该公司董事部宣布派发每股1.25仙股息，除权和享有日稍后决定。

JCY国际发文告表示，全球数据储存需求依旧稳定，次季固态硬碟（SSD）市场供应吃紧，导致个人电脑价格上扬及使得企业SSD传递受限，而相关情况可能在短期保持不变。

“流动和桌面型电脑出货量增加，抵销游戏主机硬碟出货量季节性下跌影响，使得全球硬碟（HDD）市场规模达到1亿1140万单位。整体而言，我们预见硬碟市场需求将持续健康，公司继续专注强化数量传递和市占率。”

（吉隆坡18日讯）鉴于当季美元兑令吉的汇率走好， JCY国际（JCY International Bhd）2017财政年次季转亏为盈，净赚1541万令吉，上财年同季则蒙亏643万令吉。

然而，这家硬碟（HDD）制造商2017财年次季（截至2017年3月31日止）的营业额按年下滑11%至4亿666万令吉，同期报4亿5729万令吉，归咎于销量和平均售价下降。

这也是该集团自2016财年末季蒙亏1459万令吉以来，连续第二季获利。

同时，JCY国际也宣布，2017财年（截至2017年9月30日止）派发每股1.25仙的第二次中期股息，享有权益日期（entitlement date）和派息日将于日后公布。

总结2017财年上半年的业绩，该集团净利从上财年同期的3497万令吉，劲扬64%至5748万令吉。

然而，合共两季营业额却按年下跌17%至8亿1967万令吉，同期累积至9亿8545万令吉。

至于未来展望，JCY国际表示，硬碟的平均容量将持续增加。

“市场对于10TB容量硬碟的需求今年下半年料加速，而几家超大规模客户的终端用户都希望在这段时间内转而使用10TB容量的硬碟。”

“这些转变可能令10TB容量的硬碟供应紧张，这些超大型伺服器组件供应商也将从中得益。”

JCY国际表示，该集团将继续在硬碟领域保持竞争力。

“我们也致力于运用营运效率及规模经济，以从中获得合理的回酬。同时，我们也在探索利用集团在其他领域的能力的可能性。”

（吉隆坡19日讯）JCY国际（JCY，5161，主板科技组）次季转亏为盈，净赚1540万8000令吉，大华继显研究调高今后3年财测20至27%，料盈利持稳。

其次季营业额跌11.1%至4亿零700万令吉和更低平均售价，强势美元促使次季获利，首半年获利亦达全年预测的68%，超越该行预期。

该行说，次季马币兑美元平均4.45（相比去年同期4.19），以马币计其销售按年跌11%，若以美元计销售可能跌16%。

大华继显指出，次季美元计销售走低有违大势，其大客户威腾（WD）的硬碟平均销售价按年涨5%至63美元；业界的销售只微幅挫跌，JCY国际之销售则双位数走跌，可能是受威腾压价。

“尽管JCY国际的销售表现逊于业界，我们预期其业务持续有利可图和持稳。”

硬碟业务短期料持稳

该行指出，硬碟业务短期料持稳，主要是固态硬碟（SSD）仍面临产能限制，这使SSD价格升高，这反而使传统硬碟（HDD）在市场找不到SSD时暂以HDD代替，令HDD冲击暂且缓和。

大华继显说，固态硬碟之供应吃紧将维持至今年杪，傱传统硬碟转移至固态硬态的长远风险持续。

尽管JCY国际想方设法由传统硬碟转型探讨新契机，大华继显对JCY国际未怀有太大期许，直至获得更具体而详的多元化计划详情。

大华继显说，JCY国际的亮点是过去两季成本效益彰显，行政开销由前期每季1100万令吉，跌到700万至800万令吉之间。

派息1.25仙可持续2至3季

该公司次季每股派息1.25仙，大华继显认为此股息可持续2至3季，创造营运现金对维持此股息至关重要。

大华继显维持JCY国际“持有”评级，目标价59仙。
