The Carnival shall be held on the following dates and venue:

To introduce 3 a-side volleyball. 3.2
To enhance volleyball skills of the players. 3.3
To prolong volleyball rally so as to sustain player and spectator interest. 3.4
to complement 6 a-side indoor volleyball. 4.1
The Competition is open to all Malaysian, Club team, State affiliates and other County. Maximum 16 Men Team and 8 women team. The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject a team from participation. 4.2
A team is composed of 7 persons (Manager, Chief Coach + 5 players). 4.3
Any players under suspension by their respective clubs, districts or state affiliates shall not take part in the competition. |
5.
CONFIRMATION, REGISTRATION & GENERAL TECHNICAL MEETING 5.1
Confirmation of Participation 5.1.1
Not later than 4th April 2008, team must send JAVA E 02 Form (Confirmation of Participation) to the Secretariat. 5.2.1
No additional players are permitted upon confirmation after the General Technical Meeting. Changers of players are not permitted. 5.2.2
A player can only be registered with one team only.. 5.3
General Technical Meeting
All Managers/Coaches MUST attend the General Technical Meeting on 14th April 2008 (Monday) at 20:00 hours in MSNJ. Each team must submit the followings to the Secretariat:

a Photostatted NRIC or passport of every players 5.3.2
official logo/emblem/badge of the team 5.3.3
Registration fee of RM 300 and an additional of RM 100 as deposit made in cheque payable to “Johor Amateur Volleyball Association”. 5.3.4
Participating team shall submit 3 copies of the entry forms. 5.4
All matters pertaining to eligibility, status and registration of players shall be discussed and solved in this session.
6.1
The competition system is subject to the exact number of participating teams. JAVA will forward to each participating team a finalized competition system and competition calendar one week before the Championship. |
