Requirements:

    * Possess Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
    * At least 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
    * Strong in leading and supervising a group of technicians and operators.
    * Ability to control manufacturing process, quality and product requirement to meet customer needs.
    * Self initiatied, confidence and good communication skills.
    * Knowledge in PLC, equipment interfacing, pneumatic and hydraulics will be an added advantage.
    * Fresh graguates are also encouraged to apply (as Assistant Engineer).

    * To ensure all facilities and equipment are well planned and maintained.
    * To ensure that highly competent personnel with the appropriate skills, ability, knowledge, experience are strategically recruited through a structured selection process.
    * To ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws and agreements in conditions of employee relations.
    * To ensure that domestic inquiries, handle staff counselling on grievances, terminations and other industrial relation concerns are in compliance with labour laws.
    * To ensure the effective implementation of the company compensation structure, assist and ensure that the line functions have their short term incentives in place, participate in salary reviews and bonuses.
    * To work closely with managers and service associates to analyse and identify areas of training needs and set out plans to achieve set goals and objectives.

Requirements:

    * Resourceful and able to work independently, approachable and process oriented.
