看来是太容易了。when 没错，不用改为 which，但改到了重点，on 是多余的：

[need + to infinitive] I need to have a rest.
[need + object + to infinitive] I need you to look after the baby.
[need + gerund] Your car needs servicing.

第（1）:
live 是[及物动词/Intransitive verb]，不可以说 live a flat，应该说 live in a flat
所以：He is looking for a flat to live in.

有人说 ‘stay/live at a flat’，但我认为 stay/live in a flat 才是正确的。
说出地址时才用 at：I live at 25, Peach Road...

本地人很容易把“在” 一律说成“at”
at Kuala Lumpur; at here; at there; at Thailand...
以上都是错误的。
