Description	BUMI ARMADA BERHAD - BUMI ARMADA JOINT VENTURE SECURES FIXED 10-YEAR BBC CONTRACT FOR ARMADA STERLING FPSO IN INDIA
Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada”) wishes to announce that its joint-venture company Armada D1 Pte Ltd (Singapore) (“AD1”) has received a Notification of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited ("ONGC") of India for the bareboat charter lease (“BBC Contract”) of the Armada Sterling Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel ("Armada Sterling FPSO") to be operated in the ONGC D1 field located 200km off the west coast of Mumbai, India. INFORMATION ON THE BBC CONTRACT The BBC Contract is for a fixed period of 10 years with an annual option to extend the BBC Contract for up to 5 additional years. The fixed 10-year firm BBC Contract has an estimated total value of USD370 million (approximately RM1.54 billion). The BBC Contract will be effective from 25 September 2020. AD1 is 51%:49% owned by Shapoorji Pallonji Oil & Gas Pte Ltd (“SPOGPL”) and Bumi Armada. ONGC is India's state-owned oil company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE). FINANCIAL EFFECTS The BBC Contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Bumi Armada Group during its tenure. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BBC CONTRACT The risks associated with the BBC Contract are normal operational risks on the vessel’s efficiency and reliability in terms of vessel performance, people capability as well as Health Safety Security Environment and Quality performance. These risks can be mitigated through Bumi Armada's system of project management and internal business controls as well as past experience with the same joint venture partner for several FPSOs in India. DIRECTORS AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDER’S INTERESTS None of the Directors and/or Major Shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the BBC Contract. Description	Bumi Armada Berhad- Signed Production Sharing Contract for Akia exploration block in the North Kalimantan Province, Indonesia
Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada”), wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Armada Akia B.V (“AABV”) (as Operator with 51% participating interest) and its co-bidder, Pexco Tarakan NV (“Pexco”) (with 49% participating interest), have signed a Production Sharing Contract with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia for the Akia PSC in the Tarakan Basin, North Kalimantan Province ("PSC"). The Akia PSC covers an area of 8,394 square kilometers and contains the Aster and Tulip oil and gas discoveries. The Tulip discovery has an estimated recoverable resource of 860 BCF of gas and 60 MMboe of oil and condensate. Plans are to acquire new 3D seismic over the Tulip discovery to evaluate the potential for a fast-track development. The water depth at the Tulip discovery is 800m and Bumi Armada would provide and operate an FPSO and an FLNG or gas pipeline for the development. This leverages Bumi Armada’s core expertise of providing and operating floating production systems. The Pexco Group is an independent upstream exploration and production group of companies. It currently operates two Production Sharing Contracts in Indonesia. The AABV and Pexco consortium signing the PSC is a related party arrangement. Objektif Bersatu Sdn Bhd ("OBSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Usaha Tegas Sdn Bhd ("UTSB"), has a direct 34.61% interest in Bumi Armada. Tatparanandam Anantha Krishnan is a major shareholder of Bumi Armada (by virtue of his deemed interest through, inter alia, UTSB and OBSB), and also holds a 100% indirect interest in Pexco. No related party transaction announcement is required to be made by Bumi Armada at this stage as the relevant percentage ratio has not been exceeded. The announcement is dated 25 September 2023.

Reference is made to the announcement made by Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada”) on 25 September 2023 on the Akia Production Sharing Contract (“Akia PSC”). Bumi Armada wishes to announce that in relation to the Akia PSC, its wholly owned subsidiary Armada Akia B.V (“AABV”) (as Operator with 51% participating interest in the Akia PSC) and Pexco Tarakan N.V. (“Pexco”) (with 49% participating interest in the Akia PSC) have entered into a Joint Operating Agreement (“JOA”) forming a joint venture consortium on a 50:50 economic basis.
