益联子公司被追税4159万
2017年12月3日
（吉隆坡2日讯）益联控股（ATLAN，7048，主板工业产品股）旗下公司，被霹雳州关税局追收税金，金额高达4159万4986.82令吉。
益联控股向马交所报备，旗下Duty Free国际（新加坡）的子公司Seruntun Maju私人有限公司（SMSB），在11月21日，收到霹州关税局的信函。当局意欲向SMSB追讨四期的欠税。
根据文告，关税局认为SMSB位于Perintah Tetap Kastam Bill 55 边界的商店，没有达到免税商店的特定条件。
益联控股指出，咨询律师团之后，公司相信上述指控不符合事实和法律根据。
“尤其是SMSB的免税商店是位于主要海关区域的外边，因此，律师团将会采取适当措施为公司进行申辩。”
另外，在11月29日时，高庭已批准SMSB申请司法审核，同时在解决诉讼双方的审讯之前，暂缓执行两期总值3896万1935.08令吉的关税追讨。
同时，SMSB将会向税收局长，引用销售税法令第68项和消费税法令第124项，针对另两期总值263万3051.78令吉的欠税指控进行上诉。【e南洋】

益联控股净利狂泻90% 仍派息每股10仙

（吉隆坡11日讯）外汇兑换亏损，拖累益联控股（Atlan Holdings Bhd）在截至2017年11月30日止第三季净利按年狂泻90%至161万令吉，上财年同期为1668万令吉。
每股盈利则从6.58仙，暴跌至0.63仙。
益联控股是“Zon”免税店经营商，其外汇兑换在上财年第三季净赚950万令吉，现财年同期则净亏730万令吉。
营业额则按年增长2.5%至1亿8607万令吉，上财年同期为1亿8162万令吉。
根据文告，“Zon”免税业务营业额微扬，归功于某些产品和销售组合的需求增加。
汽车业务营业额也同样微增，但产业与休闲业务营业额则滑落，主要是租赁率下跌所致。
尽管盈利大跌，益联控股仍宣布派发每股10仙第三次中期单层股息，把迄今的总股息增至21仙。中期股息将在今年3月15日支付。
现财年首9个月净利按年萎缩46%至2268万令吉，上财年同期报4194万令吉。营业额则从上财年首三季的6亿1302万令吉，按年微挫2%至6亿273万令吉。
鉴于当前的经济状况，加上令吉兑美元欠稳和商业环境竞争剧烈，益联控股预计所从事的行业将继续充满挑战。
“集团将继续致力提升营运效率和成本控制措施，以维持竞争力，以及在截至今年2月28日止财年的最后一个季度保持盈利。”

目标价：6.00令吉
最新进展：
业务表现不理想和蒙受外汇亏损，拖累益联控股（ATLAN，7048，主板工业产品股）截至11月30日第三季，净利按年锐减90.35%。
益联控股第三季净赚161万令吉，或每股0.63仙，但营业额却按年攀升2.45%至1亿8607万令吉。
行家建议：
第三季业绩符合预期，因为一般上末季盈利会走高。
扣除单次项目660万令吉，核心净利其实是820万令吉，按年起13%，按季增5%。
累计9个月核心净利则是2740万令吉，按年跌11%，占全年预测的69%。我们维持目标价和今明后财年盈利预测不变。
反而，10仙净每股股息超出预期，因此调高今财年净派息率至135%，但维持2019及2020财年的100%预测。
另外，新加坡上市子公司免税国际公司（DFIL）与Heinemann亚太公司合作良好，带来协同效应。
交通成本按年降63%至140万令吉，库存按年减23%至1亿6600万令吉。
相信接下来还会有更多可实现的营运潜能，可能会推高盈利。

(AHB OR THE COMPANY)- ACQUISITION OF A SUBSIDIARY BY DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (DFIL), WHICH IS A SUBSIDIARY OF AHB. | Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that DFIL has on 14 January 2019 acquired 100% equity interest, representing one (1) ordinary share of the Brilliant Pixel Sdn. Bhd. (“BPSB”) for a consideration of RM1.00 (“Acquisition”). As a result of the Acquisition, BPSB has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of DFIL, which in turn is a subsidiary of AHB.
BPSB is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Malaysia on 12 December 2018 with an issued and paid up capital of RM1.00. The principal activity is investment holding, real property holding and general trading.
The Acquisition will not have any material impact on the gearing, earnings per share and net assets of AHB for the financial year ending 28 February 2019.
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of AHB or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the Acquisition.
A copy of DFIL’s announcement dated 14 January 2019 to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in respect of the Acquisition is attached herein for easy reference.
