东盈末季净利激增75%

（吉隆坡18日讯）东盈（OIB，5827，主板产业股）截至6月30日末季，净利激增74.5%至1938万9000令吉；营业额涨58%，报9404万7000令吉，宣布派息7仙。

累计全年，净利跌4.1%至3850万6000令吉；营业额攀6.4%，报2亿4793万4000令吉。

东盈向交易所报备，房产业务是主要贡献，当季的工程进度账款和税前盈利，分别按年飙涨101%和66%。

全年而言，房产业务的营业额则走高21%，税前盈利几乎持平。

东盈看好房市前景，因城市化青年人数增加，且就业市场稳定。这将推动中价位和可负担房产的需求，正是东盈所瞄准的市场。

近期推3房产

该公司将在巴生谷推出三个新项目，每单位售价介于40万至70万令吉。

虽然营运环境料随着通胀率和成本走高面临挑战，但东盈仍谨慎乐观看待赚幅可以吸纳负面因素，并维持健康的获利能力和增长。【e南洋】
