（新山26日讯）互泰（GMUTUAL，9962，主板产业股）继续增加在依斯干达特区和马六甲的投资组合，透过收租的投资策略为公司带来稳定收入。

根据《星报》报道，副董事经理周桂叶表示，这策略符合公司的主旨，即加强比较稳定且有持续性的收入来源。

她在昨天的股东大会后说：“我们不放全部鸡蛋在同一个篮子里，注重在不同领域的房地市场，可以减少风险。”

因此，她说互泰将会寻找更多土地，尤其在柔佛和马六甲，发展宿舍的建筑项目，以迎合高等教育机构以及私人医院护士的住宿需求。

目前，互泰在马六甲管理四个宿舍，供2200名私人大学生住宿，此外，也跟另一所私人大学洽谈，为大学建造宿舍。

她说：“除了寻找土地建造宿舍，我们也在依斯干达特区和马六甲，寻找现有的建筑物改装成宿舍。”【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡21日訊）互泰（GMUTUAL，9962，主要板房產）擬以720萬令吉將土地脫售予Vermi工業私人有限公司。

互泰向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Cheng Yew Heng製造私人有限公司與Vermi工業私人有限公司簽署買賣協議，以720萬令吉售價將位于柔佛州，占地1萬7563公尺土地連同工廠一併脫售予后者。

根據報備文件，互泰料從是項脫售活動中獲利約21萬7000令吉。集資所得將用于收購新的投資房產、償還銀行貸款，及用作公司未來6至12個月的營運資本。這項脫售預計在今年末季完成。【中国报财经】

Working experience and occupation	Upon graduation, he joined his family company which was involved in timber logging and sawmilling for both export and domestic markets. He together with his brother had successfully set up many companies including property development, trading and manufacturing companies. He is responsible for the overall operations, business development and strategic direction of Gromutual Group. He is one of the founders of Gromutual Group and was appointed as the Managing Director of Gromutual since 23 November 2004.
