(新山26日讯)互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主板产业股)继续增加在依斯干达特区和马六甲的投资组合,透过收租的投资策略为公司带来稳定收入。
根据《星报》报道,副董事经理周桂叶表示,这策略符合公司的主旨,即加强比较稳定且有持续性的收入来源。
她在昨天的股东大会后说:“我们不放全部鸡蛋在同一个篮子里,注重在不同领域的房地市场,可以减少风险。”
因此,她说互泰将会寻找更多土地,尤其在柔佛和马六甲,发展宿舍的建筑项目,以迎合高等教育机构以及私人医院护士的住宿需求。
目前,互泰在马六甲管理四个宿舍,供2200名私人大学生住宿,此外,也跟另一所私人大学洽谈,为大学建造宿舍。
她说:“除了寻找土地建造宿舍,我们也在依斯干达特区和马六甲,寻找现有的建筑物改装成宿舍。”【南洋网财经】 |

互泰720萬售地

(吉隆坡21日訊)互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主要板房產)擬以720萬令吉將土地脫售予Vermi工業私人有限公司。
互泰向馬證交所報備,獨資子公司Cheng Yew Heng製造私人有限公司與Vermi工業私人有限公司簽署買賣協議,以720萬令吉售價將位于柔佛州,占地1萬7563公尺土地連同工廠一併脫售予后者。
根據報備文件,互泰料從是項脫售活動中獲利約21萬7000令吉。集資所得將用于收購新的投資房產、償還銀行貸款,及用作公司未來6至12個月的營運資本。這項脫售預計在今年末季完成。【中国报财经】
