（吉隆坡25日訊）富佳木業（FLBHD，5197,主板工業產品組）一批8.81%股權上週五（19日）在場外易手，出現新大股東。

大馬股票交易所的資料顯示，該公司大股東雅茲曼將908萬7千股賣給台灣人盧觀成（譯音），每股交易價54仙，比當天收盤價64仙低15.6%。（星洲日報／財經）

1）談到富佳木業的未來業務前景，該公司董事部在最近宣佈最新首季業績時指出，雖然業務前景持續具挑戰，特別是生產成本走高，包括樹桐價格及全球經濟前景不明朗，不過，該公司董事部對其2014年財政年的業務展望持謹慎樂觀態度。

（吉隆坡30日讯）富佳木业（FLBHD，5197，主板工业产品股）前执行董事陈俊雄，在公开首次市场脱售4.84%，将持股比例降至3.35%，不再是大股东。

富佳木业向马交所报备，台湾籍的陈俊雄，在周一（26日）脱售500万8750股，或相等4.84%股权。

根据最新财报，他在去年4月时还持有8.95%，之后数度减持股权，如今至升346万2274股，相等3.35%，跌出大股东行列。

陈俊雄曾任执行董事，过后在2012年9月与时任董事经理林峰明，双双以个人健康理由辞退。[南洋网财经]
