东方食品能举债扩产．推新饼干．增产薯片

（吉隆坡15日讯）东方食品（OFI，7107，主板消费品组）计划推出的新饼干和薯片产品，将有望进一步带动盈利增长，同时该公司处于净现金地位，将有能力举债以扩张产能。

艾毕斯研究表示，东方食品预计未来数月内推出新饼干产品，同时将扩建两条薯片生产线，以满足市场需求。

该行相信，新生产线于2018财年（3月杪结账）下半年启用后，饼干和薯片年产能将分别增加1万零800公吨和3500公吨。

该行指出，一旦新产品成功打进市场，长期而言赚幅将提升，因饼干原料成本低，赚幅可高达30至40%，相比零食赚幅为20至30%。

不过，管理层预期新产品将需3年才能达到全面产能，因需展开行销和打响知名度以取得市占率。

艾毕斯估计该公司2018和19年净利温和成长6.7%和11.5%，至1950万令吉和2180万令吉，至于营收则分别增长7.5%和7.0%。

若排除2017年的420万令吉外汇收益，则2018年核心净利为扬升29.3%。

现金流强劲
有能力每季派息

同时，预计2018年赚幅保持在和前一年相同的9.2%水平，以及2019年升至9.6%，因原料成本走低。

东方食品过去4年营收和净利年均复合成长率为4.8%和4.9%，该公司资产负债率健康，每股净现金2仙，将有充裕空间以举债进行产能扩充。同时，其营运现金流强劲，因此有能力每季派息。

该公司63%营收来自出口市场，本地市场只占37%，海外营收贡献从2013年的50%提升至2017年的63%，据了解外销产品售价比国内售价高出10至15%。艾毕斯预期2019年海外营收比重升至67%，因国内市场萎缩，2016财年国内销售下跌12%和2017年持平，主要受消费税影响。

艾毕斯研究给予该股“守住”评级，目标价1令吉61仙。该行看好该股具抗跌性，提供持续股息和稳定盈利，业务不受景气周期影响。但该股已充份反映价值，上升空间有限，同时周息率低于3.5%。

東方食品工業 斥逾5000萬擴大業務

（馬六甲24日訊）東方食品工業（OFI，7107，主要板消費）近兩年已投資5000多萬令吉增設廠房、添購機器等，以研發更多新產品推出市場，今年內預計將有40至50個新產品推出。

該公司執行董事拿督孫棟樑接受《中國報》訪問時指出，公司早前投資1800萬令吉研發及推出餅干產品，已推出的包括具花生、檸檬、巧克力及芝士口味的四方形夾心餅干，及圓形夾心餅干等。

他說，這個月推出的新產品就有15種，接下來會研發其他口味餅干及麥片餅干。

“此外，除了原有巧克力味威化卷（zess wafer rolls），今年農曆新年前再推出Tiramisu口味的威化卷，金色的鐵罐非常應景，這款威化卷下個星期就可在特易購霸市買到。”

孫棟樑指出，除了餅干，公司再耗資1500萬令吉購買新機器，置放于耗資800萬令吉新建的廠房，以研發及生產曲奇餅，預計今年6、7月能投入生產，今年內將推出10種新產品。

他說，東方食品從早期生產膨化食品、威化餅、薯片、蛋糕及烘焙，如今增加了餅干產品，及未來的曲奇餅產品，象徵著該公司今年有很大的拓展，開拓更多新的領域。

“至于新發展計劃，會于下半年進行檢討時，包括瞭解市場反應確定哪種產品需增產等，方作出決定。”

他透露，該公司產品外銷至全球50個國家，銷售量佔了總盈利的65%，預測接下來外銷比重將續增至68%。

受匯率影響產品或漲價

孫棟樑指出，隨著令吉回穩、美元貶值，對注重出口的食品工業來說將帶來影響，日后國內及出口的產品售價或會調漲。

他說，本地生產成本一直以來只有增沒有減，人工、電費、天然氣費等都在漲價，以往業者出口是以美元計算，縱然生產成本高，但美元走勢強，業者還能吸納過多的成本。

“如今美元下跌，跟以往差距達8%，這就顯示利潤減少了8%，反觀生產成本有增無減，加上目前聘請外勞僱主需負擔人頭稅每人1850令吉，最低薪金也調漲至1000令吉，造成聘請外勞費用起但工作量沒有增，對使用大批外勞的公司可說是相當重的負擔。”

孫棟樑預測，情況若持續下去，接下來每個領域都會受到影響，國內可能會迎來下一波的通貨膨脹。【中国报财经】
