（吉隆坡4日讯）白马控股（WtHorse，5009，主板工业产品股）献议以2100万美元（约6474万3000令吉），全面收购白马瓷砖工业（越南）有限公司（简称越南白马瓷砖）。

白马控股向马交所报备，配合有关收购，该公司昨日正式与白马投资（新加坡）私人有限公司，签署一项买卖协议。

据文告，白马控股将透过内部资金、银行贷款以及现金，收购越南白马瓷砖。

该公司将在未来两个月内，呈交此收购的申请书予越南巴地头顿省工业区委员会（BIZA）和大马国家银行，并预计此收购活动会于今年第四季完成。[南洋网财经]

继投资6470万 白马不弃购越南白马

（吉隆坡11日讯）白马控股（WtHorse，5009，主板工业产品股）表示，不会放弃收购越南白马有限公司股权，即使越南监管机构无法及时批准。

白马控股回复马交所提问时表示，会继续以2100美元（约6470万令吉）向白马投资收购越南白马有限公司股权，因为越南监管机构推迟批准不是上述买卖的先决条件之一。

白马控股表示，由于收购案预计今年末季完成，所以，如果无法在2013年12月31日前获准延长投资，公司就必须注资1200万美元（约3639万令吉），以符合越南监管机构设下的投资件。

根据收购计划，白马投资保证越南白马会取得1200万美元的盈利。不过，越南白马目前仍蒙亏。

白马控股指出，计划到了2015年时增加1条生产线，扩大瓷砖产能。同时，相信当地监管机构不会在2013年12月31日截止日前撤销投资证书。[南洋网财经]

独立顾问：献购越南子公司 白马出价公平与合理

（吉隆坡14日讯）独立顾问兴业投资银行指出，白马控股（WtHorse，5009，主板工业产品股）献议收购白马陶瓷工业（越南）公司出价“公平与合理”。

兴业投行建议白马控股股东接受上述收购献议。

稍早前，白马控股献议以2100美元（约6470万令吉）收购越南白马。

白马控股将内部融资1600万美元（约4800万令吉），其余则来自银行贷款。

针对上述献购计划，白马控股将在本月29日（周三）召开股东特别大会征求股东批准。

兴业投行表示，白马控股收购越南白马有助进一步扩大中南半岛（Indochina）市场地位，因为越南白马靠近这些市场。

“白马控股可透过越南白马现有厂房、机器与设备迅速增加产能，以解决产量积压。

（2）白馬（WTHORSE，5009，主板工業產品組）的股價一直處在低水平狀態，還遠遠低於其每股淨資產（NAV）2令吉94仙。是否代表該公司的前景受阻？或者是買進的訊號？

答：
（2）白馬是亞太區域著名的優質瓷磚製造商。該公司在國內擁有逾1千500名代理商網絡。出口市場則逾30個國家，主要包括新加坡、泰國、菲律賓、澳洲、柬埔寨、印尼、中國等。

該公司出產的瓷磚為建築材料之一；有鋻於此，一般而言，若國內及外國（特別是區域市場）的產業發展及建築業領域（特別是裝修）走強，特別是其產品消售國的經濟良好，將推動產業及建築行業活動蓬勃。

目前區域市場經濟落在良好階段，特別是東盟、印度及中國市場，料對業務表現有利，不過，市場競爭也激烈。

相信該公司涉及的瓷磚製造領域，需要在固定資產領域作出較大投資，例如製造工廠或磚窯、展銷陳列室產業及機械等，使每股淨資產的比例也較為偏高。

歐元區經濟欠佳有利業務

歐元區經濟欠佳，這反而對該公司業務有利，因為它從該地區進口一些原料，歐元區經濟及匯率疲弱，使它可以更低價格進口原料。

截至2012年12月31日為止財政年，該公司的全年淨利跌至4千187萬9千令吉，比較前期的淨利為6千零60萬2千令吉。惟全年的營業額則增長至5億8千686萬8千令吉，比較前期為5億3千零4萬1千令吉。

該公司在2012年財政年的每股淨利為18.27仙，比較前期為26.39仙。它全年派息每股10仙。而過去數年來都是有利可圖及表現還不錯。

該公司營業額增加，不過，淨利卻反而減少，這主要是公司的生產成本增加所致，包括員工薪水有增無減，原料及包裝及運輸成本、天然氣、電費及分銷成本等皆走高所致。惟卻產品銷售價格則保持平穩。

白馬控股 第3季淨利增40%

（吉隆坡20日訊）白馬控股（WTHORSE，5009，主要板工業）2013財政年第3季（截至9月30日）淨利按年增39.6%至1180萬令吉；不過營業額微跌0.75%，達1億4761萬令吉。

同時，該公司建議為截至12月31日2013財政年派發5%免稅中期股息，但股息除權和支付日將另作宣布。

白馬控股首9月淨利從3051萬令吉，上升29.7%至3958萬令吉；營業額按年增4.6%至4億5585萬令吉，去年同期為4億3588萬令吉。

該公司營業額走跌，主要受8月份佳節效應所致，淨利上漲則由較高售價貢獻。

白馬控股指出，在高生產和營運成本下，營運前景充滿挑戰，不過已採取相關應對措施。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡14日訊）白馬控股（WTHORSE，5009，主要板工業）逆市看漲，股價在沒有企業發展及消息下如駿馬奔騰，同日刷新盤中及閉市最高水平。

今早開市時，白馬控股報2.20令吉，與平日表現無異，不過該股早盤開始勁揚，休市時股價已走高至2.39令吉，漲19仙，突破上週五（11日）刷新的閉市新高。

午盤白馬控股持續強勁走勢，盤中最高曾漲23仙至2.43令吉，閉市時漲19仙至2.39令吉，晉今日十大上升股榜之列，成交量21萬8100股，是2002年以來最新紀錄。

《星報》報導，若以今日盤中最高計算，白馬控股以10.22倍本益比交易，較誼來（YILAI，5048，主要板工業）的14.79倍及Panasonic製造（PANAMY，3719，主要板消費）的17.74倍來得低。
