As highlighted before, it was a huge challenge faced in line for us to resolve this since it’s involving high amount of waiver plus the usages are genuine. However, keeping and considering our customer’s concern in heart, we have come to a conclusion and decided to offer a waiver amounting of RM14,702.48 which will be knocking off from your total outstanding RM15322.32 on the next billing date. Please note that, the remaining RM619.84 is to be remitted by your goodself since the usages are genuine. Sir, I am aware that you have been very disappointed/frustrated with the whole situation but with least worries, we are there for you(and to all our valued customers) in order to resolve any issues faced at maximum satisfactions( or at win – win situation). We trust the above explanation resolves the issue as we look forward towards enhanced service experience in the future.
