Review of Performance
Current Quarter vs Preceding Year Corresponding Quarter
The Group recorded revenue of RM33.2 million for the quarter under review as compared to RM31.4 million in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter of RM2.6 million, representing an increase of RM1.5 million as compared to profit before tax of RM1.1 million in the corresponding quarter of the preceding year. The increase of the Group’s profit before tax was mainly contributed by higher sales of special products during the current quarter as compared to the corresponding quarter of the preceding year.
(b) Current Period To-Date vs Preceding Period To-date
The Group maintained a steady upward momentum to record revenue of RM104.1 million for the current period ended 31 December 2012 as compared to RM89.8 million in the preceding period ended 31 December 2011. The Group recorded higher profit before tax of RM7.5 million for the current period ended 31 December 2012 as compared to profit before tax of RM3.7 million in the preceding period ended 31 December 2011. The increase in profit before tax was mainly contributed by higher sales of special products during the current period to-date as compared to the preceding period to-date.

OKA机构从事混凝土生意，业绩向来平稳。其财政年落在3月，从以下列表可见，公司营业额处于1亿以上，近两年开始有突破，达到1.3至1.4亿令吉。

不过，刚刚宣布的半年业绩，其净利获得大跃进，已和去年全年净利看齐，因此，股票被重估只是时间问题。

企稳90仙后市看起

该公司股价多年来处于30至80仙之间，今次一举站上多年新高90仙，如果企稳，后市必有一番作为。

其大股东控制公司约60%股权，翻看公司30大股东，并没什么基金经理和机构投资者持股，可见是典型中小企业，由公司主要股东及家族牢牢控制，或许增加流通量的意念不强。

不过，如果业绩越拼越好，股价自然水涨船高，有所表现。投资这类型股票的人，可要耐心等待了。

根据彭博社的资料，该公司的主要股权是由现年69岁的集团董事经理ONG KOONANN所掌控，达到54.04%，其次是持股4.37%的执行董事QUAHSEOK KENG，第三大股东是执行董事ONGCHOO IAN，他持股2.57%。（详情见表）根据该公司2013财年的年报，该公司在我国共有6座厂房，最早建立的是华都牙也（Batu Gajah）厂房，建立于1981年，最新两座厂房皆建立于2009年，分别位于双溪大年和华都牙也伯达纳（Batu Gajah Perdana）。

1）OKA機構主要業務為製造及經銷基建業的預拌混凝土產品、鋼筋及預應力混凝土。根據資料顯示，該公司行事低調，自從在2003年杪從當時二板轉到主板掛牌後，鮮有公佈重大消息。

探視其最新業務表現和相關資料，從而探取公司的一些最新進展；截至2013年9月30日為止第二季，該公司淨利為274萬1千令吉（每股淨利為4.54仙），前期淨利為64萬6千令吉。而營業額微增至3千581萬1千令吉，前期為3千354萬令吉。

首6個月的淨利為561萬3千令吉（每股淨利為9.35仙），前期為301萬4千令吉。首6個月營業額為7千117萬令吉，前期為7千零93萬3千令吉。每股資產值為1令吉72仙。

該公司表示，上述業績的淨利增加，主要是產品銷售及賺幅有所增加。

成本增影響營收盈利

談到公司未來業務前景時，公司管理層認為，基於目前大馬經濟展望，預料建築業將保持增長，不過，一些不可控制因素的不明朗，包括原料成本、燃料以及能源成本，製造業領域勞工短缺等因素，預料將影響該公司的營收與盈利。

较高的订单和赚幅，助带动OKA（OKA，7140，主要板工业）2014財年首9个月营业额和净利按年分別增加4%和87%，高于我们全年预期。

我们认为OKA在大马半岛佔有巩固地位，在我国不断推出的基础设施发展计划有潜带动该公司取得更高的收入。

据早前报导，优乐家集团（KEURO，3565，主要板建筑）子公司，即西海岸大道（WCE）私人有限公司接获政府的信函通知，授予5年时间完成西海岸大道（WCE）工程。

工程料將在4月展开，並在3年后竣工。

我们看好OKA（OKA，7140，主要板工业）或有机会收益于上述工程，负责提供西海岸大道污水系统的管道和排水道。

上述各因素促使我们上调OKA 2014至2015財年净利预测达7%至15%；同时也上调同期营业额预测达1至3%；2013至2015財年期间盈利料可录得44.8%年复成长率（CAGR）
