Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the circular to shareholders dated 19 October 2007.

The number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted is 336,302,604 S P Setia Shares.

As the Bonus Issue is conditional upon, inter alia, the Offer for Sale, the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted together with the listing of and quotation for the Warrants under the Offer for Sale.

The date of the listing of and quotation for the Warrants, in turn, is subject to Bursa Securities receiving the necessary documentation for quotation, where the Warrants (together with the Bonus Shares) will be listed and quoted, 2 market days after such receipt.

Based on the entitlement date of the Offer for Sale which is set out in a separate announcement, the tentative date for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall be 25 January 2008, and thereafter, S P Setia's Registrar will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 31 January 2008.

o 。。。。就是说bonus share 要在 31/1 /2008 才拿到咯。。。。

可是股价在19/12 开始调整， 要到31/1 才拿到bonus share 。。。。。

算啦。。。我还是把wr right 卖掉。。。。不玩了

还是继续买进pbb ,genting  比较干脆

母股，我会买来收，不过wr 我就不会考虑了。。。

已经买了， 我就不卖了。。。。
如果跌到 4块钱， 我就会继续买进多50% 来balance ....

你知道啦。。。uncle 我怕死， 几乎没有玩投机。。。
而且我只是买指数股 。 买股票只是当作分散风险的投资而已。

2. From your system I see there are 1500 units of WR, what is WR?!
WR = warrant rights 4:1 at the offer price of RM0.30

For those who have SPSETIA mother shares, you will get WR for free (base on the ratio 4:1 you are entitled for 1500units). WR will be listing for 1 week from 26/12/2007 until 2/1/2008.

Clients may have 2 options:
1. do not accept the rights - by selling the 1500 entitled units in the market during the listing period
                                       - leave it and it will lapse
OR
2. accept the rights (convert WR into normal warrants) - pay additional RM0.30 for 1500 entitled units
                                                                               - can purchase more WR from market during the listing period - eg: x units at market price RM0.515

--> acceptance payment to the registra = (1500 entitled units x RM0.30) + (x units at market price RM0.515 x RM0.30)

3. My understanding, I should get 3000 units of SPSETIA bonus share, am I right?

if i buy from market 0.42....i dont hv sp setia share, how?can covert to warrant?

2/1/2008 5pm 之前， 你要把你的wr 变成 wa

假设，你有1000 wr , 那么你就要 1000 x rm0.3= 300 , 给多300 ，转换成wa  ，你问问你的remiser 如何转换, 我是收到一封通知书。

wa 变成spsetia 母股， 你还要给多rm4.48

1000 x rm4.48 = 4480

总数 4480+ 420+ 300= 5200

注意： wr 不转换成wa  , 就是废纸

上个星期， epf 买进2，000，000 unit ， 目前持有 9千200多万的unit

有另外一个投资公司上个星期卖出2百多万的unit

只要SPSETIA = 5.2 就已经不败

我没有那么多时间，所以买母股安全一点， 呵呵

伤脑筋，今天才知道有分到凭单。
我不了解凭单，而且我的母股本来就很少。
请问什么方法最直接了当？不理它？还是在2/1/2008前卖掉它？

如果你不要玩warrant , 你可以卖掉warrant right , 目前的价钱= 0。42

不过，交易费提高了， 如果得到的钱不够给transction fee , 那么就
1。 给多0。3 ，转换成warrant ,  博一博
2。什么都不要做， 他会自己报销 =  0

paiseh...我只有125unit wr,这么少也烦
不过想搞清楚，以后就懂多一点。
如果要卖，明天是最后一天对吗？
0.42*125=52.5,还要给rm40 transction fee是吗 ？
给多0。3 ，转换成wa的期限是到14/1对吗？
请问转换成wa之后，是随时可以卖？还是有期限的？谢谢。

2。有5年的期限， 五年后，wa不转换，就是废纸 （忘了什么时候是last day）
3。wa 没有股息的。
4。 现在卖掉，应该不划算
