有很多外国公司都选择在MALAYSIA开类似工司。。（挖金）。。这种事早在很就就发生了。。本身也程遭遇。。损SHI惨重！！！！！到最后甚么也拿不回！！封劝大家还是不停缎炼本身机术在股海／期货里提升财富更为只上可靠！！！

Hi,
I have some advice want to share with your guy.
1) If you really new for forex. Please go to research alot of information and learn it (forex is not so easy, almost 90% people will fail in forex.)
2) If you really find the correct way to earn the money in forex, you will know that forex is not so hard to learn it . (that time u are successful forex trader in malaysia, income should be more than 5 digit )
3) Don't register in small company. for bigger company u really no need to concern about they will close it and run away. (forex.com is one of big company lo )
For those people who say forex is lie people, Please goto study more.
Forex is not lie people money. But have some small company they will lie people.
NOT MEAN ALL. FOREX CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE IF U KNOW HOW THE GAME PLAY

it's not illegal. Only registered bank are allowed to do so, but, because the bank are strict about this, so student who confirmed to study oversea, or company who trade with another countries can make such trade (and earn the difference from it). (this information gained as I called bank and government).

但是在我国通过外国机构投资外汇好像还是不合法吧？

Stiffer Penalty For Illegal Forex Trading: Minister

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 2 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian government has imposed stiffer punishments to curb illegal forex trading by increasing the amount of penalty from RM10,000 to RM1 million and a jail sentence of between three to five years, said Deputy Finance Minister Dr Ng Yen Yen. She said the government had amended the Foreign Exchange Act (1953) to provide stiffer sentences for those involved in illegal forex trading. The amendment took effect on Jan 1 this year. "Last year, five illegal forex traders had been caught and now the Bank Negara is investigating 10 cases," she told reporters after launching a donation campaign here Thursday. Dr Ng said the Ministry of Finance had received many complaints from those had been cheated by the so-called "forex agents" who offered forex investment schemes such as those on Iraq and Iranian currencies. "I want to say very clearly that in Malaysia, we only allow commercial bank and financial institutions to undertake the forex trading. No private entities have been given the licence to do the trading. "Money changers in the country do not do forex trading but only money changing," she stressed. She urged the public to lodge reports with Bank Negara, the central bank of Malaysia, if they found such forex agents approaching them to invest in forex trading. -- BERNAMA

Tell u someting, in the Malaysian government  have it TAX .(外国机构投资company income tax 28% , 是合法, 外国机构投资 open one canpany must give 30% for Malayu:@ , 是合法 ? :@ ??????? :@ ,if Malaysian government  do have a TAX  (u do bussiness no pay in income tax ,is 不合法. (my money i also do'nt  invesment or save in Malaysia:@ , i 投资 in Singpore. ) (if u do forex , tell u ,u go to s'pore HSBC BANK open one account (save sgd open s'pore accout , not malaysia account)
your forex income save to s'pore sgd , if u want money just transer to Maybank accout in malaysia. ) . so  Malaysian government  can't do anyting in s'pore
