（吉隆坡20日訊）合成種植（HSPLANT，5138，主板種植組）2013財政年次季淨利表現遠遜預期，聯昌研究預計，該公司產量及售價或續低迷，因此看淡其前景並下修財測。

聯昌披露，該公司因銷售額及賺幅走弱，導致次季淨利重挫76%至800萬令吉，且該季報上市以來最低季度淨利。

“營收因售價及產量走低而下跌28%，該季鮮果串產出下滑8%，因油棕樹在上季唱豐收後都邁入低生產週期。”

聯昌表示，儘管該公司透過削減存貨，成功推高棕油銷售量4%，惟售價卻大跌29%；同時，平均生產成本也因勞工成本以及再種植成本走高而上揚5%。

聯昌透露，管理層在業績匯報會表示將維持64萬公噸的鮮果串目標產量，同時未來售價將圍繞在每公噸2千300至2千400令吉之間；此外，該公司也續在今年派息。

鑑於產量及售價走低，聯昌將合成種植的2013財政年財測下調23%，同時基於其鮮果串收成下跌而下修2014及2015財政年財測2%，進而下調目標價至2令吉65仙。

聯昌認為該股賺益合理、資產估值廉宜及淨現金狀況強穩，維持“中和”評級。（星洲日報／財經）

合成種植第三季淨利減15%

（吉隆坡26日訊）受原棕油價格下跌影響，合成種植（HSPLANT，5138，主板種植組）截至9月30日止的第三季淨利滑落15%至3千零34萬3千令吉，首9月淨利急挫47.55%至5千791萬7千令吉。

第三季營業額滑落22.84%至1億1千519萬7千令吉，首9月則降低23.08%至3億零56萬6千令吉。

該公司發文告指出，棕油和棕仁銷售在第三季分別增加19%和18%，但卻受棕油走低打擊，惟更高的產量令每公噸生產成本降低，從而抵消了部份衝擊。

展望第四季，種植公司預期從棕油產量11月起持穩或走軟，這可能扶持棕油價，同時隨著農曆新年到來，中國的需求料增加，颱風海燕令菲律賓的椰油減少，對棕仁價格帶來正面影響。因此，該公司預期在2013年取得滿意的表現。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡26日訊）原棕油和棕仁售價和銷售量升高，帶動合成種植（HSPLANT,5138,主板種植組）截至6月30日止的第二季淨利飆漲250.99%至2千669萬3千令吉，去年同期為760萬5千令吉。

上半年淨利則躍升149.94%至6千891萬8千令吉，前期為2千757萬4千令吉。

第二季營業額增長27.37%至1億零700萬8千令吉，推動上半年營業額漲至2億4千543萬4千令吉，共上漲32.40%。

派息6仙
除權日9月9日

該公司董事部建議派發每股6仙中期股息，除權和享有日分別是9月9日和11日。

合成種植在文告中指出，第二季原棕油和棕仁售價升高至每公噸2千600令吉及1千966令吉，相比去年同季為2千284令吉及1千154令吉。

同時，原棕油銷售量增加2%至3萬2千810公噸，棕仁銷量升33%至8千116公噸，因鮮果串和原棕油產量分別增加24%和27%。

該集團預期下半年表現將主要受棕油價影響，但更高產量將減緩其影響，預料棕油價將游走於現有水平。無論如何，在上半年強勁表現的支撐下，該集團謹慎樂觀預期現財政年可取得令人滿意的業績。（星洲日報／財經）

合成种植第3季净利挫23%

（吉隆坡12日讯）生产成本高涨拖累净利表现，合成种植（HSPLANT，5138，主板种植股）截至9月30日第三季净利跌22.6%，写2347万1000令吉。
根据文告，第三季营业额涨7.1%，报1亿2340万5000令吉。

首9个月净利起59.5%，达9238万9000令吉；营业额攀22.7%，报3亿6883万9000令吉。

合成种植表示，营业额走高归功于原棕油销量增加；净利走跌则是受到生产成本高涨的影响。

原棕油销量扬升13%，达4万7636公吨，当季平均售价企于每公吨2215令吉。

施肥成本走高、收割率及员工成本增加，均导致生产成本攀扬。

不过，根据以往的稳健记录，合成种植仍谨慎乐观看待今年可交出理想的业绩表现。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡13日訊）合成種植（HSPLANT,5138,主板種植組）最新業績遜預期，由於鮮果串產量低及成本增加，分析員將2014至2016財政年盈利預測下調3至10%。

業績遜預期

艾芬黃氏研究表示，該公司首9個月的核心淨利9千240萬令吉，只佔全年財測的68%（全年淨利預測為1億3千580萬令吉），鮮果串首9個月產量增加6.9%，而銷售成本也高於預測。首9個月的核心淨利揚升60%，主要由於上半年原棕油及棕仁油價格和銷量升高。

第三季核心淨利2千350萬令吉，按年和按季分別下滑23%及12%，因原棕油價格走低，惟銷售增加部份抵消了此不利影響。

艾芬黃氏將該公司鮮果串產量成長預測從11%調低至8%，而銷售成本增加1千萬令吉，因此將該公司2014至2016財政年3年核心淨利分別下調9.3%、3.6%及3.4%。2014財政年每股股息（DPS）從15仙調低至12仙，而2015及2016財政年則維持在15仙。

該行對今年原棕油平均銷售价格（ASP）預測為每公噸2千400令吉，2015年為2千600令吉，2016及2017年則2千700令吉。

基於合成種植無意大幅擴大種植地庫，意味鮮果串也不會出色成長，該行給予“減持”評級，目標價從2令吉54仙下調至2令吉45仙。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：謝汪潮）

該公司末季營業額從1億4276萬令吉，下滑11.2%至1億2673萬令吉。

合成種植指本季表現，受原棕油和棕櫚仁較低平均售價影響，抵消棕櫚仁較高銷量和對生產成本效益。至于生產成本降低，受惠于鮮果串低收購成本以及低肥料成本。

該公司全年淨利達1億2831萬令吉，相較上財年9751萬令吉，具31.6%漲幅；全年每股股息則從10仙增至11仙。

營業額則按年起11.8%，從4億4332萬令吉增至4億9557萬令吉。
