从第二季度的报告来看，销售额有向上增涨 不过成本的涨幅更大！
由于面对其他区域的价格竞争，公司很难转移其成本。。电费和汽油的涨幅成本相信能在第三季度的报告显现出来，因此，各位投资者要有心理准备其profit margin 会有明显的下降！

但是，生意还是有的做的，尤其是其地理的优势应该能扶它一把。。。不过，如果和 白马的成绩相比，单单谈品牌知名度，得却输了一栽！

不过，yilai是少数能将瓷砖生意打理的较 efficency的一间。。管理层的实力还在的。。

cash is king，＂管理属保守型，把现金存放在FD而不做其他的投资的看法看来需要改变了！＂

一间稳健的公司必须能在公司处于安全时期＂未雨绸缪＂，存点＂干粮＂以防在＂经济不稳定是能派上用场＂。。从yilai 逐量，逐量的 回购自家股票来看，一来 证明管理层对公司有信心，二来可以稳顶股价，而且能改善 shareholder investment ratio， 最重要是我觉得 公司用 RM １的现金买 RM２的资产 是一笔不错的投资！也满意管理层的风险管理！

至于股息方面，比上一年减少，不过，今年股息预计在 （６sen 免tax），以 rm ０。５８ 的价格，dividend yield 大概 １０％，对于一些 保守派 或 专攻股息的 投资者应该 蛮吸引吧！
不过，请注意，由于股息除全日尚未过，此股徘徊在 rm ０。５６－０。５８ 之间，相信除全日一过，此股会距续下跌，而且股息也有可能下跌。。

虽然如此，根据小弟观察，无论 股价是多少，yilai管理层依然能维持大概 ６％的 dividend yield。。。因此，如果投资者如能以合理的价钱购买该股，相信不但能享受其不错的＂果实＂，幸运的话，可能 能享受＂其母树的额外增值！！

小弟看了此公司最新的业绩报告，结论是：
1）现金流控制的不错（这里指 存货，debtor 和 creditor）不过， 投资和维护 工厂机械上 花费很大
2）公司没有竞争能力，在 marketing 和 advertising 的花费十分 吝啬，白马就不同，大量打广告令消费者铭记脑中！
3）其 profit margin 明显降了很多，sales demand 令人失望，如果 和 其 竞争者比较 white horse，差的很远！

总结：这不是一项好的投资！（虽然有些是看中其 高股息 和 其 net asset per share，不过，以一个生意人的角度去 forecast，这不会维持很久！）

对了，c4tech兄 也需要留意 director changes in shareholdings 的 动向！
注意到有个 director 正在 卖股。。。不知原因。。。

总体来说，整个瓷砖行业正在恢复中，大部分业者的profit margin 都有提升，yilai 也不负众望，profit margin 高达 15.8%。。派息6sen ,依昨天股价 0.75， div yield 8%...0负债，并且 净资产值 rm 1.25.....

假设 每季赚 2.6sen, 一年 10.4sen, 瓷砖行业 本益比p/e = 10... 股价 = Rm 1.04.。。如果今天 以 Rm0.75 买入， 而股价升到 Rm1.04， 那么就得 39%回酬，再加上 股息 6%， 总回酬 45%， 这应该是不错的投资！

当然，我只是假设而已，因为里头有很多的 不定因素，因此，还需大家努力做功课！
