Bhd. (“Dagang Net” or “Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 1st July 2019, entered into:
(i) a conditional share sale agreement (“SSA”) with Sandwave Group Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1213306-K) (“Sandwave” or Purchaser“) for the proposed disposal of 12,250 ordinary shares, equivalent to 49% of the issued and paid-up share capital of GECL (“Sale Shares”) for a cash consideration of RM21,000.00 (“GECL Disposal”); and
(ii) a shareholders’ agreement with Sandwave for the purpose of recording their terms of participation in GECL as shareholders, future subscription for the securities of GECL and undertaking of the business objectives.

（吉隆坡5日讯）迪耐（DNEX,4456,主板科技组）管理层无意收购THETA公司，专注于现有业务及探索Ping石油有限公司的买家。
根据过去报道，市场言传迪耐将是朝圣基金局（Tabung Haji）的子公司THETA公司（THETA,9075,主板科技组）潜在买家之一。
该公司副主席拿督山苏胡申在“MIDs GEMS”企业展示日接受访问时指出，管理层应该没有进行商讨，目前也对该买卖并不感兴趣。
“现在我们将专注于我们正在做的，预计该交易并非管理层想要探索的。”
对于洽售其30%联号公司——Ping石油有限公司的进展，他表示，他们还是保持出售兴趣，目前正在探索买家。
他指出，目前Ping石油的账面价值为2亿零90万令吉，相等于成本的5倍。
被问及心中满意的出售价格时，他认为，应该高于现有的账面价值。
NSW获续约
每年贡献1亿
有关国家单一窗口（NSW）合约成功续约，他指出，通过该合约，公司将每年获的1亿令吉的收入贡献。
过去报道显示，迪耐于7月成功获得国家单一窗口合约延长2年，从9月1日至2021年8月31日。
资料显示，自2009年推出国家单一窗口以来，迪耐一直是其营运者。
他表示，展望未来，他们将着重于现有业务包括东南亚单一出口（ASW），以及扩展至海外及探索新商机。
他表示，网络安全亦是他们将着重的其中之一，未来望可取获大型项目。
“该类项目大多数的提供服务，可以给予持续性收入。”
对于2020财政预算案的愿望清单，他表示，希望政府可推出更多的项目以贡献增长，尤其是相关科技技术方面。
此外，他认为，提高民众的技术和能力也很重要。

迪耐（DNEX 4456），是一間電子商務服務和油氣相關服務公司。乍看公司2017年全年業績並不比去年強，但細看並不是如此。公司全年營收上升14.27%，稅後盈利卻減少了50.6%，達6659萬，或每股盈利（12個月）3.24sen。營收上升主要來自油氣業務營收大幅度的上升，而電子商務有些微的下滑，稅後盈利會減少是因為去年有特別盈利達8890萬，如果扣除這項特別盈利，公司的正常業務盈利是比去年增加的。公司最近才獲得幾項電子商務相關的合約，這些合約都是和政府的行政有關，算是獨門生意，加上近來油價企穩，相信未來公司的業績是可期的。 （淨資產24sen）

迪耐（DNEX 4456），是一間從事油氣生產和電子商務公司。公司2018年首半年業績出爐，其營收增加31.6%，而其稅前盈利增加46.9%，達4326萬或每股（6個月）1.62sen。公司營收增加主要是電子商務業務有顯著的擴張，而油氣部分卻有些萎縮，但好在油氣的價格有上升，所以整體兩個業務的盈利都有增長。未來公司會積極擴張其電子商務業務，加上公司近期收購的商業諮詢服務公司也會帶來不俗的回報，相信下半年業績會更有看頭。不過公司存在一些隱憂，其子公司違反了競爭法令，如果在8月20日上訴後還是不能令有關當局滿意的話，公司將會被罰款1740萬，而這筆罰款將影響公司的運營資金，何況公司最近的擴張已經用了大量資金，現手上的資金由去年同期的5千多萬下跌至2千多萬。公司負債率和應收款項的數額也大增，希望公司可以及時的矯正現有的財務形勢，不讓公司出現過大的財務壓力（淨資產26sen）
（想買指數3星，公司首半年業績不錯，如果公司可以避開罰款，且加強其財務狀況，相信公司的股價可以有很不錯的表現，不會長期停留在小範圍） |
