It is impossible to buy Hai-O's shares at lower prices now.  Unless Anwar takeover Malaysia.  Based on Hai-O's dividend policy of 50% after tax profits.  It still have another 20-22 sen not yet declared.  Moreover, the aggressive share buyback and the outstanding treasury shares points to a possible share bonus of 1 for 20 shares again in the near future.  so, a dividend yield of 10% is yours if you buy now.  In addition, the momentum of the revenue growth of the MLM division is becoming parabolic in the next two years, hinting that your dividend yield could easily become 20%-40% base on current share price.

Bear in mind, the growth momentum in the MLM's revenue is very real.  The evidence is Hai-O's quarterly sales have consistently beaten analyst's forecast in the past 5 quarters.  OSK's forecast for FYE2009 is RM42mil.  I believe Hai-O will beat that forecast in FYE2008.  An ideal and safe holding period of Hai-O is 2-3 years until 2012.

The person in-charge of Whole-sale and Retail Division is not doing his job.  They really must grow this two divisions.  Only then the ideal and safe holding period can become forever.

Forget the right issue.  Concentrate on the cash flow from the MLM business.  The cash business from MLM is the most important thing to investors now.  Not the right issue issued many many years ago.

And make sure the management cum major shareholder continues it's minimum 50% dividend policy.  If the management cum major shareholder increases this payout ratio.  You will see those anti-Hai-O bloggers will secretly start buying back Hai-O.  

Think.  If they are not interested in Hai-O, why are they spending so much time talking bad things about it?  It is only logic to say that after you buy you tend to say good things, but after you sold out, you tend to say bad things hoping it will fall below the price you sold and prove that you were right to sell at the first place.  But, when positive signal emerge, these are the people who would forget all the bad things they had said and suddenly become very positive buyers again.  They will then push the stock price higher for people like you and me to take profit.  I know you are still holding Hai-O, stick to it until people start talking very good things about Hai-O again.

So, good returns start to come from Hai-O.  Sit tight to watch the bull.  Beside the plantations and steel counters, Hai-O could easily be the most bullish stock on KLSE this year.
