（吉隆坡28日讯）富斯科（FOCUS,0116,创业板科技组）对附加股计划进行修正，将以1配6送1比例发售不可赎回可转换优先股（ICPS）与派送凭单，以最多筹措7472万3000令吉来为综合产业发展计划融资。

筹7472万发展产业

该公司发文告表示，考量发售ICPS不会对每股盈利带来稀释效应，因此决定将原定附加股计划改为ICPS发售计划，将以1配6比例发售最多12亿4538万4218股ICPS，再以1送1比例派送最多2亿零756万4036单位凭单，ICPS发售价和凭单行使价将由董事部稍后决定。

富斯科在2016年10月建议多元化业务至产业投资和管理，同时宣布将以2配2送1比例发附加股和免费凭单，最多筹资6226万9000万令吉。

假设ICPS发售价为每股6仙、转换比例为3股ICPS换1股新股及每股转换价18仙，富斯科料可通过上述活动筹集最多7472万3000令吉；3060万令吉用作综合产业发展计划建设、918万令吉为工程装修费用、357万令吉营运资本，其余3017万3000令吉则用来收购和投资其他补全餐饮业务。

整个企业活动如无意外将在2018年首季完成，届时富斯科缴足资本将从现有的3885万4486令吉，扩大至2亿9266万5083令吉，负债比将从0.05倍减至0.01倍。
