Description	WOODLANDOR HOLDINGS BERHAD ("WHB" OR THE "COMPANY") AWARD OF CONTRACT AS SUPPLIER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIRE RATED DOORS
1.INTRODUCTION Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of WHB (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Woodlandor Wood Products Sdn. Bhd. has on 29 August 2024 entered into a Supplier’s Contract (the “Contract”) in the ordinary course of business with China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Purchaser”) to supply and deliver Fire Rated Doors to the Purchaser’s KL 48 Project at Jalan Satu, Jalan Sungai Besi, Chan Sow Lin, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur subject to the terms and conditions as  stipulated in the Contract. 2.SALIENT TERMS The salient terms of the Contract are as follows: i. The total estimated value of the Contract is RM2,259,778.00. ii. During the course of the supply, the Purchaser shall have the right to make variations, which shall be valued as per fair market rates or prices agreed between  the parties. 3. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholdings structure of WHB and is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of the Company for the duration of the Contract. 4. RISKS The risk factors affecting the Contract include supply chain inefficiencies, changes in materials costs and regulatory requirements, nevertheless, the Group has track record, experience and controls in place to address such risks and ensure Contract compliance and completion. 5. INTEREST   OF   DIRECTORS,   MAJOR   SHAREHOLDER   AND/OR   PERSONS CONNECTED TO THEM None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or person(s) connected to them have any interest, direct and/or indirect, in the Contract. 6. STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS The Board, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Contract, is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Company and its subsidiary. This announcement is dated 29 August 2024.
