优乐私下配售筹450万资金

（吉隆坡19日讯）优乐控股（EURO，7208，主板消费品组）建议以每股18.5仙私下配售最高10%新股给独立投资者，筹措最高450万令吉资金充作营运资本。

该公司发文告表示，计划发售最高2430万股新股，发售价待定，实际新股发行数量仅在获取当局相关批准后决定，预计在大马交易所批准后的6个月内分多期发行。

筹措所得资金用，431万5000令吉将用于偿还蕉赖Alam Damai的Damai Vista公寓建筑及发展计划费用，另外18万令吉充作私下配售开销。

私下配售完成后，该公司股本将从现有的2亿4300万股扩大至2亿6730万股，每股盈利料被稀释，但筹措所得资金受益释放后，料可正面贡献2017年12月31日止财政年及未来盈利。

此计划预计于2017年第四季完成。

高建立是Rickoh控股创办人，是企业界知名的投资者，他的投资包括霹雳运通（PTRANS，0186，创业板）、基因组学资源（MGRC，0155，创业板）、新志兴集团（SCH，0161，创业板）等。

优乐控股冀18财年营业额涨15%

（吉隆坡25日讯）优乐控股（Euro Holdings Bhd）放眼截至今年12月31日止财年（2018财年）营业额增长高达15%，主要推动力来自产业发展业务。

集团董事经理拿督斯里张彦强出席股东常年大会后，向记者表示，优乐控股正在巴生谷打造总值1亿8000万令吉的Damai Vista产业项目，预计有助于推高营业额增长。

“我们积极看待前景，是因为产业（业务）。不过，第三季业绩将会决定全年（2018财年）的表现。”

根据优乐控股的网站，Damai Vista为永久地契高级公寓项目，位于Jalan Damai Perdana ½，毗邻蕉赖巨人（Giant）超市。

张彦强透露，约75%单位将在2019年首季移交给买家。他指出，该集团应该会在2018财年实现约60%销售。

展望未来，张彦强表示，优乐控股放眼2018财年推出3个产业项目，但他拒绝透露详情。
