佳易科技新晶片投产

（吉隆坡9日讯）佳易科技（KEYASIC，0143，主板科技股）设计的两款晶片——PCI-e系統控制單晶片（SoC）和Numeric Matrix CPU（NM CPU），已经投入生产。

根据佳易科技昨日发出的文告，这些是该公司与俄罗斯顶尖系统与晶片设计公司——RC Module联手设计的晶片。

PCI-e计划包括佳易科技已开发的PCI-e和其他网际协议（Internet Protocol，简称IP）组块的许可证、设计服务和晶片初期生产。

近期，已完成和交付该项目。

至于NM CPU项目则从两年前展开，并在去年交出工程样品，而公司已取得首批晶片生产的合约，合约总值为大约700万令吉。

NM CPU是为了数据信号处理（DSP）应用程式而设计，包括连接无人驾驶汽车、未来交通控制系统等。

IP价值长久

佳易科技主席兼总执行长吴家义说：“ASIC设计服务公司最大的资产，是IP开发能力和已开发的IP。这些核心IP大部分在20年甚至更久的未来拥有价值。”

该公司在这些年来，已开发很多有价值的IP，而这些IP已授权给使用公司SoC设计的客户。

他指，PCI-e SoC是全球最广泛使用在电脑和网络产品的晶片之一，而NM CPU则是快速增长趋势的晶片。

他说：“我们有其他与使用我们IP的客户联手设计的项目，而我们预计这些项目将会在短期内投入生产。”【e南洋】

（吉隆坡24日讯）佳易科技（KEYASIC，0143，主板科技股）建议通过私下配售，发出最多2亿2274万3750股或不多于已发行股本25%的新股，筹集约6680万令吉。

佳易科技向马交所报备，截至今日缴足股本为4724万1610令吉，共8亿9031万9000股。

根据文告，每股配售价将少于佳易科技的5日交易量均价的10%折价。

佳易科技预计最少能筹得6677万3925令吉，最多则有6682万3125令吉。

其中约6450万令吉，将用作未来1年的营运资金，剩余的将用于支付私配计划的开销。 【e南洋】

佳易開發人工智能系統晶片

（吉隆坡2日訊）佳易科技（KEYASIC，0143，主板科技股）宣布，已從2月27日開始開發人工智能系統晶片（AI System On Chip）。

文告指出，在多數情況下，人工智能晶片預期能和佳易科技早已生產的物聯網（IoT）晶片達成協同效應。

人工智能晶片最大的關鍵點就是自學，擁有不同的傳感器，如視覺、音頻、觸摸、壓力、熱量等，同時能夠根據輸入的感官和知識進行判斷和決策，以及能透過學習過程獲得更多的知識。

佳易科技主席兼首席執行員吳家義指出，智能生活的需求提高，從無人車、無人機、智能家居、智能工程、智能學校、智能陳真、機械傭人及廚師、智能醫生等設備迅速普及，證明人們對智能的需求是無法滿足的，因此需要設計擁有相等于IQ超過200的大腦的智能晶片，才能滿足人類的需求。【东方网财经】
