（吉隆坡23日讯）远东控股（FAREAST，5029，主板种植股）建议以1亿1057万430令吉，收购彭亨一块面积达1297.02公顷（3204.94英亩）的农业用地。

远东控股昨天向交易所报备，已与PHG种植私人有限公司签署买卖协议，收购价相等于每英亩3万4500令吉。

该土地的租赁期限长达99年，截止于2112年10月6日。

最新建议收购计划，符合远东控股的拓展计划，以及在合理成本和战略位置条件下，通过增加种植面积，扩大核心收入群。【e南洋】

远东控股第三季净利挫27%

（吉隆坡18日讯）远东控股（FAREAST，5029，主板种植股）截至9月30日第三季，净利跌27.3%至5046万8000令吉；但仍派息10仙。

同期营业额激增44.3%，报1亿4334万9000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利扬26.4%至1亿788万9000令吉；营业额起40%，报3亿3619万2000令吉。

远东控股向交易所报备，今年迄今的营业额及净利走涨，归功于原棕油和棕仁平均价格走高、鲜果串产量增加、以及收成较多。

其中，原棕油平均价格为每公吨2803令吉，而棕仁则是每公吨2519令吉，分别增长12%和5%。

在原棕油价格持稳的情况下，该公司预计可交出不俗的业绩。【e南洋】
