一间不用烦的公司，不用去担心，历史告诉一切，锡矿，已有了百年历史。很保守的，值得考虑来为持生计的一个股。股息平稳，公司的现金和公司的市值的一样多。

规模很小，很保守，OK的。没问题的公司，利息可以和通货膨胀对抗!

HSBC 是第九大股东之一。可以考虑。。

OP很不错的公司，但这家公司是在生产锡薄板，不是挖锡矿的！

PERSTIMA is pleased to announce that the Company had on 21 July 2010 acquired a
total of 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 100% of the issue and
paid-up share capital of PERSTIMA UTILITY SDN BHD (Company No. 908580-H)
(PUSB), a company incorporated in Malaysia for a total cash consideration of
RM2.00 only [the Acquisition].
Information on PUSB

PUSB was incorporated on 19 July 2010 in Malaysia under the Companies Act,
1965. The authorised share capital of PUSB is RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000
ordinary shares of RM1.00 each while the issued and paid-up share capital is
RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
The principal activity of PUSB is to generate power, steam, water and other
utilities.

Financial Effects
The Acquisition will not have any material effect on the earnings per share,
net assets per share, gearing and share capital of the Company for the
financial year ending 31 March 2011.
The Acquisition will not have any effect on the substantial shareholders
shareholding of the Company.
Directors and Major Shareholders Interests
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of PERSTIMA have any
direct/indirect interests in the Acquisition.

派息20仙 馬鍍錫一度漲15仙

（吉隆坡3日訊）儘管第二季業績表現按年下滑，但馬鍍錫（PERSTIM，5436，主要板工業）依然宣佈派息20仙，帶動今日股價一度大漲15仙至4.03令吉，高居十大上升股榜。

馬鍍錫今早揚8仙至3.88令吉開市，股價受投資者熱烈追捧，擠入馬股十大漲幅最多的股項，名列三甲。

休市時，該股暫掛4.02令吉，起14仙，成交量達7萬1900股。

馬鍍錫昨日宣佈，截至今年9月底第二季財報，營業額按年微跌6%至2億350萬令吉；淨利按年滑15%至1172萬9000令吉。

該公司在文告中指出，由于公司來自中國及韓國的業務銷售量放緩，使該季度表現稍弱。

馬鍍錫工業主要業務為馬口鐵生產，馬口鐵為製造罐頭的金屬原料。

雖然如此，馬鍍錫也保持派息制度，宣佈派發中期股息，每股20仙扣稅25%，比上財年同期16仙股息來得高。

馬鍍錫維持升勢，閉市時報4令吉，漲12仙，成交量達18萬4400股。[ChinaPress]
