Following thereto, iDimension had today issued RM10 million Tranche 1 RCPS to the RCPS Subscriber.

增持IDB互動股權至80% 艾德曼訊瞄準線上遊戲市場

（吉隆坡6日訊）艾德曼訊（IDMENSN0174，創業板科技股）宣佈，完成收購IDB互動私人有限公司的60%股權，將所持有股權提高至80%，瞄準線上遊戲市場的潛在發展潛能。
根據預測，IDB互動對艾德曼訊的全年化貢獻將相等於每股3仙，並致力協助艾德曼訊維持盈利狀態。
艾德曼訊集團總執行長巫偉賢博士指出，艾德曼訊將借助收購IDB互動擴大公司業務，由軟件解決方案延伸至網上寬頻內容供應商，公司也能在后者的盈利貢獻下獲得額外盈利來源，預期IDB互動在現及未來財政年貢獻公司超過50%的營業額及淨利。
積極多元化業務
東協市場的網上遊戲玩家達1億人，IDB互動所擁有的活躍遊戲玩家就達4000萬人，基于現代人對電子遊戲的青睞及推崇，所涉及得群眾年齡層也逐漸擴大，可以由孩童擴大至40歲以上的成年人，網上遊戲市場被視為一項將會繼續往上發展的領域。
艾德曼訊是于2013年以500萬令吉完成收購IDB互動的20%股權，並在今年以1000萬令吉現金及發行總值500萬令吉的新股方式，收購另外60%股權。截至2014年3月31日止首季，該公司取得53萬1000令吉淨利，比較去年同期淨虧損43萬3千令吉已大幅躍進。
他說，收購IDB互動是基于該公司所能帶給艾德曼訊的協和作用，並看好線上遊戲在亞洲，特別是東協市場的發展潛能。IDB所提供的整體配套符合該公司的各項要求，促成這項併購活動。
“艾德曼訊目前的業務發展健康，公司也積極多元化旗下業務及客戶類型。目前客戶包括亞洲航空、合順油氣及馬拉工藝大學。我們樂觀看待公司今年盈利表現，相信在近年積極的業務發展及投資所尊定的穩健基礎推動下，未來數年將會是我們看到成果的時候。”
積極擴大越南印尼業務
IDB互動董事及聯合創辦人黃敏麟表示，公司正積極在越南及印尼等地探索擴大業務發展的可能性，進一步擴大業務版圖。
目前，該公司持有Valve機構的印尼、新加坡、越南、菲律賓及柬埔寨的網上遊戲專利，並計劃進一步研究索取Valve機構網上遊戲在印度、紐西蘭及澳洲等地專利發展可能性。
他說，越南及印尼的龐大人口提供了絕對的發展機會，而該市場在近年對於寬頻基建的建設也逐漸成熟，這將有助該公司在當地推動網上遊戲業務。該公司所推出的網上遊戲傾向“健康內容”，因此也被一些國家納為“電子運動”（e-sports）的一類，有助于推廣至更廣泛的消費群。
在印尼的越南的業務發展方面，他指出，該公司將以聯營方式擴大該公司在相關市場的業務版圖，並共通過競標所需的指定執照，並會在稍后向市場做出公佈。
目前，該公司也與越南電視機構（VTC）合作推廣旗下網上遊戲，后者為越南大型多媒體發展商。【中国报财经】 |

艾德曼讯与越南公司合作

（吉隆坡28日讯）艾德曼讯（IDMENSN，0174，创业板）宣佈，通过旗下子公司--IDBInterative，与VTC Intecom公司签署一项合作协议，让VTC Intecom的用户可以通过一个名为STEAM的电子平台购买宽频內容。

Advance资本持12.43% 晋艾德曼讯大股东

（吉隆坡16日讯）艾德曼讯（IDMENSN，0174，创业板）宣布，Advance资本伙伴私人有限公司因转换优先股，而增持股权至12.43%，晋升为公司大股东。
根据艾德曼讯在大马交易所发出的文告指，Advance资本转换优先股为4705万8823普通股，共持有公司的4909万5482股或12.43%。
去年12月，艾德曼讯建议发行最高达2000万令吉的优先股，融资增持线上游戏产品分销公司———IDB Interactive私人有限公司的60%股权。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of ICB wishes to announce that Selingsing Xpress Pte. Ltd. (Company No.201221227N) (“SXPL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IDB Interactive Sdn. Bhd. (“IDB”), which in turn is a 80%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company on 17 September 2014 pursuant to the completion of the disposal of 3,000,000 shares, representing 100% equity interest in SXPL by IDB, to Mr. Yong Kok Kit for a total cash consideration of SGD1.00 (Singapore Dollar: One only) (“Disposal”).
SXPL was incorporated in Singapore and is currently a dormant company.
The Disposal is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and/or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Disposal.
The Disposal is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company or any relevant authorities.
