The Board of Directors of Lee Swee Kiat Group Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has adopted a dividend payout policy of not less than 30% of its consolidated profit after tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 onwards, in the form of cash or share dividend in equivalent market value.
