該公司在馬證交所發布文告稱，這些訂單都來自現有客戶。其中1590萬令吉訂單源自電子、半導體和硬盤驅動器；汽車領域達2560萬令吉，其他如醫藥等領域則有40萬令吉訂單。

（1）&（2）震科主要是家投資控股公司，旗下子公司涉及設計、及建立客戶定制的工廠自動化器材、及綜合願景檢驗系統，特別是從概念設計、發展原型至大事复制器材等領域。

要探悉該公司的一些前景訊息，先看看最新業績現及公司董事對其未來展望的一些看法；截至2014年9月30日止，第二季淨利為57萬7千令吉（每股淨利為0.16仙），前期為104萬6千令吉（每股淨利為0.30仙）。營業額為2千745萬7千令吉，前期為3千364萬3千令吉。

首6個月淨利為99萬8千令吉（每股淨利為0.28仙）、前期為369萬5千令吉（每股1.05仙）。營業額為5千811萬4千令吉，前期為7千341萬7千令吉。每股資產值為16仙。

震科昨日发文告指，所获得的订单，主要为电子、半导体与硬碟驱动器，价值达3450万令吉；汽车零件总值560万令吉，另50万令吉为其他订单。

（吉隆坡21日讯）震科（GENETEC，0104，创业板）建议，通过特别私下配售计划，发出占股本6.16%的新股于土著投资者，预计筹得325万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，为符合土著持股率，该批规模达2168万1000新股。

假设每股配售价为15仙，这将相等于是5日加权均价的2.04%折价，料能筹得325万令吉。

其中308万2000令吉将用作公司营运资金，而剩余的资金将作为私下配售的相关开销。

预计在完成私下配售后，股本将扩大至3亿7341万9000股，而负债率也从目前的0.82倍，微降至0.78倍。

该公司预计，该项配售计划将于明年首季完成。

首季净利翻9.67倍
此外，震科截至6月30日的首季净利飙升967.06%，至450万3000令吉，优于上财年同期的42万2000令吉。
