（吉隆坡14日讯）南源塑胶（BPPLAS，5100，主板工业股）週五公佈2014財政年第4季（截至去年12月31日止）净利按年下跌14.55%，从前年同期的266万7000令吉，减至227万9000令吉；营业额则从前年同期的6536万令吉，增加6.61%，至6968万2000令吉。

另外，南源塑胶2014財政年全年净利按年微升0.11%，从前年的1009万6000令吉，增至1010万7000令吉；而全年营业额则从前年同期的2亿4100万令吉，上升17.82%，至2亿8396万令吉。

（吉隆坡22日讯）南源塑胶（BPPLAS，5100，主板工业产品股）首季净利达341万2000令吉，按年涨7.3%，或相等于每股盈利1.84仙，上财年同期净利为318万令吉，或1.77仙。

根据文告，首季营业额跌7.7%，从7242万9000令吉，下跌至6684万5000令吉。

1350万澳洲买机器 南源塑胶增产应对挑战

（吉隆坡14日讯）面对令吉贬势及无常变化的气候，南源塑胶（BPPLAS，5100，主板工业产品股）正提高产能以加强营运表现。

位居亚洲第一大聚乙烯产品制造商的南源塑胶，投入1350万令吉，从澳洲购买3米拉伸膜机，加强产能以及出口量。

《星报》引述该集团董事经理林尊耀谈话报道，上述机械的调试已在6月完成，能为公司出口销量从去年的占总营业额78%，提高至今年的80%。

国外市场为该公司贡献80%的营业额，在大部分交易中皆以美元计算，其他货币包括新币和欧元；而本地市场为该公司贡献20%的营业额。

原料成本跌激励收益

林尊耀表示：“提高产量的相关投资，符合公司发展策略，应付挑战重重的营运环境。”

新购入的新机械，放置于峇株巴辖厂房。

南源塑胶表示，虽然消费税打压了国内的消费情绪，然而，在原料价格走低的带动下，预料公司可以获得较好的收益。

较好的產品组合及高生產效率，促使该公司首9个月净利按年走高76.05%，至1378万令吉，去年同期为783万令吉；营业额则从去年同期的2亿1428万令吉，按年跌5.55%，至2亿零239万令吉，归因消费税重挫国內市场销售量和出口市场竞爭激烈。

（吉隆坡15日訊）南源塑膠（BPPLAS，5100，主板工業產品組）傳出併購多美控股（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工業產品組）消息，股價飆破10%。

南源塑膠開盤先上揚1仙至1令吉33仙，過後扶搖直上，成功以最高價1令吉46仙結束交易，全天猛漲14仙或10.61%，成交量達130萬5千900股。

據傳，南源塑膠等數名潛在買家，正洽購多美包裝大股東兼董事周文才和周袁良（姓名譯音）手上的25.5%股權，每股要價介於1令吉90仙至2令吉。

由於周袁良7月杪卸下擔任超過20年的董事經理一職，加上該公司營運盈利惡化，突顯多美包裝內部問題嚴重，因此分析員認為，若出現新股東，一點也不讓人感到意外。

南源塑胶末季净利飙2.64倍

（吉隆坡15日讯）南源塑胶（BPPLAS，5100，主板工业产品股）截至12月31日末季，净利激增264.1%，达829万8000令吉，并建议派息3仙。

同期营业额则起16.3%，报8107万3000令吉。

累计全年，净利大涨119.2%，达2207万9000令吉；营业额微跌0.2%，报2亿8345万8000令吉。

根据文告，虽然全年营业额近乎持平，但税前盈利则是跳涨104.02%，至2742万令吉。

这归功于原料价格走低、令吉走贬使出口销售获益、更佳的产品组合和较高的效率。

同时，董事部也宣布，将股息政策设在派发最少40%的净利。

新机械提高产能 南源塑胶冀销售双位增

（八打灵再也6日讯）通过投资新机械扩大塑胶业务后，南源塑胶（BPPLAS，5100，主板工业产品股）放眼今年可录得双位数的销售增长。

该公司去年投入1350万令吉，从奥地利购入3米拉伸膜机，加强产能和出口量。

董事经理林尊耀向《星报》透露，该拉伸膜机目前几乎全面投入生产，有信心今年的出口销量可走高。

“尽管整个市场增速放缓，加上令吉近期趋稳，但公司积极为新市场和现有客户提供更好的产品组合，有助提振出口销售。”

原料价格将企稳

根据南源塑胶销量估算，其中63%以美元计价，令吉和新元各别占20%和10%，另外7%则是欧元和日元。

提及扩大业务范围，林尊耀则说，公司目前的主要焦点是专注于内部增长，除了现有市场，公司的出口市场目标，也包括日本、东盟、远东地区和澳洲。

另外，林尊耀指出，原料价格向来随着供应和需求走势所驱动。

他表示，全球石油化工厂房的定时和不定时关闭维修，尤其是亚洲，促使今年的供应短缺，造成今年1月起的乙烯和聚乙烯原料价格走高。

“不过，随着中东和北美下半年将有更多石油化工厂房启动，捎来额外产能，估计原料价格会企稳。”【南洋网财经】
