（吉隆坡24日讯）配合建议商业联盟计划，联圣（N2N，0108，创业板）拟私下配售占缴足资本28%新股，予日本的日本经济新闻社（Nikkei）和QUICK公司。

根据文告，联圣将以每股89仙，配售1亿2202万7600新股，给两家日本公司。

Nikkei核心业务为出版报章，而QUICK是提供即时全球证券资料，以及经济与金融市场的最新消息。

Nikkei也是QUICK的大股东，握有后者61.21%股权。

通过私下配售，联圣将可筹1亿860万4564令吉，其中7200万令吉用于扩展，即公司与Nikkei和QUICK商业联盟建议。

三方商业联盟建议，将允许联圣的综合金融交易平台TcPro，提供两家日本公司的财经新闻与最新咨询，以及商业分析服务。

筹资研发

该公司指，私配所得的1000万令吉用于支付相关研发活动和设立新办公楼；而6200万令吉则是相关项目所需的收购和投资资金。

联圣强调，商业联盟建议仍在洽谈，还未进入最后阶段。

公司也会从总额拨出1585万9000令吉，偿还银行贷款；以及拨出2000万令吉充作营运资本。
