ENGLOTC - NEW ADMISSION INTO PN17    03/12/2008

    Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) today classify Englotechs Holding Bhd (Englotc or thXXXXX) as an Affected Listed Issuer under Practice Note No. 17/2005 (PN17) with effect from 3 December 2008.

     Englotc had triggered the prescribed criteria in paragraph 2.1(f) of PN17 in view that Englotc has defaulted in the payment of interest and/or principal payments of loans pursuant to Practice Note No. 1/2001 (PN1) and failed to provide the requisite solvency declaration in accordance with paragraph 3.1(h) of PN1. However, thXXXXX had failed to make the First Announcement in accordance with paragraph 3.1(a) of PN17 and comply with Bursa Securities’ directive vide letter dated 26 November 2008 to make the First Announcement by 27 November 2008.

    Hence, in the exercise of the powers under paragraph 1.02A of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (LR), Englotc is hereby classified by Bursa Securities as an Affected Listed Issuer under PN17 with effect from 3 December 2008 and thXXXXX must comply with the obligation to regularise in accordance with paragraph 8.14C of the LR and PN17.

    Bursa Securities would like to emphasize that Bursa Securities will continue to monitor the progress of the listed issuers under PN17 in respect of their compliance with the LR.

好像你的学校会选出100个模范生，就拿他们的成绩做个Index个外面的人看，
这样外面的人容易知道你的学校水准。不用一个一个学生来研究他们的水准。。。

这个index好或坏，
不代表你啊。。。

虽然现在是844点，但真实情况应该是多年前的500-600点了！
因为：

1.很多蓝筹股或小股的价钱已经是五六百点的价钱了。。甚至还低过当年。。！

2.当年klse只有800家上市公司，现在已经超过1000家，所以指数高过 ...

差点被 lZ 给蒙骗了......
