the legal fees, stamp duty (including those for the dischage /assignment of the property from exisitng chargee/assignee) and valuation fee(for first valuation of the property) incurred to secure the facilities will be borne by the bank. For assignment cases, upon issuance of individual title of the property, the legal fee and cost for the creation and regostration of the land charge is to be borne by you...
a) if the facilities are aborted/terminated by you or the bank pior to completion of legal documentation or prior to drawdown, prepayment charges equivalent to 3% of the facilities limit plus an administrative fee of RM 2,000 will be charged
b) if the facilities are redeemed within the first 5 years from the date of first drawdown , prepayment charges equivalent to 3% of the facilities limit plus an administrative fee of RM 5,000 will be payable by you...
如果顾客要在5年内lump sum 丢进大约 99% 的loan amount, 只要不是redeem这个facilities, 银行还是不会charge 我们on penalty ....

请问citibank 的lock-in-period 是多久。。
我拿offer letter 看来看去都找没有的。。
我还欠80千, 供了四年。。
可以refinance 吗?
我也是BLR+的。。

ocbc 没有fixed rate 的, 只有aia 和 ing 是Pure fixed rate, 我是AIA 的, 有兴趣fixed rate 可以短消息我 |
