（吉隆坡30日讯）亿丰网通（Nextnat，0096，创业板）独资子公司Nextnation Datacity私人有限公司，与印尼PTGraha Tunas Makmur私人有限公司（PTGTM）签署了解备忘录，合作发展位于雪邦的一片土地。

PTGTM是印尼上市公司PT InovisiInfracom Tbk持有99%股权的子公司根据备忘录，双方将成立合作单位探讨和评估上述联营发展的可行性，以及制定以最佳成本效益的方式来联合发展该片土地。

双方的合作建议，是要在该土地发展综合产业发展计划，包括数据中心、企业办公室和其他商业与零售空间，并可获得赛城地区的高市场需求所支撑。[Nanyang]

擬聯營雪邦地段 億豐網通母子交投近3億

（吉隆坡3日訊）億豐網通（NEXTNAT，0096，創業板科技股）將聯營發展雪邦地段，首階段總發展值料8000萬令吉；受此激勵，該股與憑單交投火熱，兩母子全日合計成交量近3億股。

億豐網通開市報14仙，起0.5仙，億豐網通-WA（NEXTNAT-WA，0096-WA，創業板憑單）開市報9仙，同樣揚升0.5仙。

但聯營發展消息推動下，此兩股交投熱度不斷升溫，億豐網通更迅速攀上熱門股榜首。

休市時，億豐網通成交量逾1億549萬股，起3仙至16.5仙；閉市同報16.5仙，起3仙，成交量增至1億7565萬900股。

億豐網通-WA休市起1仙至9.5仙，成交量有5150萬6000股；閉市收在9仙，起0.5仙，交投量放大到1億2227萬9800股。

億豐網通上週宣佈，獨資子公司Nextnation Datacity已與印尼的Graha Tunas Makmur公司（簡稱GTM公司）簽署諒解備忘錄，聯合發展位于雪邦、佔地約5.906英畝的地段。

億豐網通將以75比25的聯營持股方式發展並主導發展計劃，首階段建議的數據中心與企業辦公樓發展計劃，估計總發展值約8000萬令吉。

亿丰网通获1482万贷款

（吉隆坡5日讯）亿丰网通（Nextnat，0096，创业板）独资子公司Nextnation Datacity私人有限公司获得一项总值1482万令吉的融资便利。

亿丰网通向大马交易所报备，上述融资便利由联昌国际回教银行释出。

亿丰网通为了筹集雪邦龙溪的一项土地收购计划的80%资金，向联昌国际回教银行申请融资便利。

联昌国际回教银行将在贷款证明书发出的6个月内发放贷款，该行也给予亿丰网通3个月的宽限期（由第一笔贷款发放日算起）[Nanyang]
