全年净赚2.5亿 合成种植派息10仙

（吉隆坡14日讯）合成种植（HSPlant，5138，主板种植股）截至2011年12月31日第四季，派发每股10仙终期股息，全年股息累积至20仙。
公司现财年第四季净赚5306万5000令吉，比上财年同期的5464万令吉微挫2.88%。
第四季营业额则按年上扬2.28%至1亿6101万6000令吉，上财年同期为1亿5743万4000令吉。
截至去年12月杪财年，公司共净赚2亿5296万8000令吉，比上财年的1亿6911万1000令吉劲扬49.59%；现财年全年营业额也弹升了38.23%至6亿5486万6000令吉，上财年则报4亿7375万4000令吉。
另外，合成统一（HapSeng，3034，主板贸服股）截至去年12月31日第四季净赚1亿1174万6000令吉，比上财年同期的1亿309万9000令吉扬8.39%。
合成统一派息8.6仙
第四季营业额则按年增加20.19%至9亿7463万7000令吉，上财年同期为8亿1088万1000令吉。
截至去年12月杪财年，净利累积报3亿7560万2000令吉，全年营业额则达36亿2838万令吉，分别按年上扬16.24%及30.08%。
董事部建议，现财年第四季派发每股4.70仙终期股息，全年股息则累积至8.60仙。

國內最便宜種植股 合成種植受追捧

（吉隆坡15日訊）儘管淨利微跌，建議派息10仙的合成種植（HSPLANT，5138，主要板種植）獲股民追棒為上升股之一，券商認為，該股乃國內最便宜種植股，故建議“短線買進”。

由于生產成本較高，該公司去年末季淨利稍跌2.9%至5306萬5000令吉，但建議每股派息10仙，優于去年同期的7仙。

在股息利好帶動下，合成種植今天跳高5仙，以3.10令吉迎市，隨著購興湧入一度漲14仙到盤中最高3.19令吉，休市掛3.17令吉，揚12仙，交投達107萬7700股。

閉市時，該股報3.13令吉，揚8仙，有189萬3100股易手。

聯昌證券研究發佈分析報告說，儘管較高售價和產出使該公司2011財年淨利漲至2億5300萬令吉的新紀錄水平，但仍低于市場預測。

“因為合成種植的翻種成本高達1200萬令吉，超過預期的600萬令吉，部分油棕園遭受水災引致意料之外的高企基建成本，沙巴油棕園員工短缺更使勞工成本高漲。”

報告指出，由于棕油產品售價趨軟，但肥料和勞工成本高漲，故調降現財年盈利預測，隨著翻種成本居高不下，也削減今明兩個財年的每股盈利預測。

報告建議，投資者應忽視合成種值上財年稍微不足的財報表現，但專注于廉價評估，畢竟它是國內最便宜的種植股，並握有每股18仙或總值1億4600萬令吉現金在手，淨股息回酬介于5%到6%。

聯昌證券研究因而建議投資者“短線買進”合成種值，目標價為3.27令吉。[ChinaPress]
