你相信PE超低，EPS超好看吧？

那你信不信CD-R,DVD-R Company没明天？超高负债Megan来讲不是好事。它的ceo早就有问题，你相信吗？

我可以说，随便test一两下就可以知道Megan有问题，所以要比较请别用Megan.它太烂了。

每项投资都会有风险，眼光如何只有时间能说明。善意的提醒决对欢迎。无的放矢恕难容忍。

如能提供里头作业有问题。前景蒙尘。欠债累累。大股东有异动。企业行动没顾及小股东的利益着想。会计有漏洞。子公司私下资金互相借贷。公司发展受阻。决对欢迎及感激，只在害怕GHL变Megan有何用？

就拿yusiang作例子，他提出了GHL在中国可能没那么顺利。这点的确值得研究。查过之后，发现它已经跟Bank of Communication已经有deal了。这点应该多谢他提出来。

而GHL也不是perfect的公司，它在印尼也遇到挫折。任谁也无法抵赖的事实。这问题到现在还没解决。对GHL和我们也是一种考验。看GHL如何面对问题，看我们如何面对GHL内所存在的问题，这就是考验。

依我的看法，可能有些网友不知道对方是大哥大或大姐大，

GHLSYS依bollinger band 及GMMA 看来, 短期股价都是不那么看好,GHLSYS股友们,希望你们给点忍耐吧,只要counter fa 好,终有一天回飞的.

摆到明就是有人操纵股价啦，不然的话，好好的一个股，
干嘛老是要抛售它！:@ :@ 其实无论从何角度或数据来分析它，
GHLSYS还算是健康稳健的，这点应该很多人都认同吧。
这里的前辈提醒过，不要跟股票谈恋爱，只要有天它上到我要的价位，
我会毫不留情的完全把它放掉，等价钱掉了再吃回头草，
以长期来看，它的前景还是让人感到乐观的！

这些TA真的不知道该相信，还是不相信。

我知道它背后是有道理的，你能解说一下，什么是bollinger band吗？怎样使用和适用于那一种类的股项？最重要还是它的Principle和limitation.

因为megan，让我有点怀疑财报的可信性，不过GHL我已经持有了很久。

希望能等出个春天来吧。大家一起期待吧

我基本上相信fa,但我觉得假如能ta+FA, 一旦学习到家,就能

1. 用fa 选股.(用netprofit, cash flow, debt, d/e ratio, industry)
2. 有ta 选时. (GMMA to check trend moving, bollinger band to check resistence and support point)

毕竟用fa来选股是一旦fa判断错误,也能等待而也值得等待,fa 是主,ta是副, ta 出错fa可以补救.( 毕竟fa 本来就是长期持有. )

最近volume酱低，会影响你TA的准确性吧？请问有没有把share consolidation跟bonus issue算进去吗？

我没将share consolidation跟bonus issue放进去,我只用普通bollinger band ,GMMA 及 MACD 简单分析, 至少3个独立分析都显示现在正下降.

现在也可能是买入的好时机,但一切还未明朗.现在ghlsys 很象http://www.chartnexus.com/learning/bollinger.php 里第二个图,显示是买入的时机,但须等volume开始大, GMMA 向上时买更保险.

只要是好counter, 买错timing, 就耐心的等,如我等masteel 一样(那时未学ta)..

有人说过这么的一句话，如果全世界的人都在看TA，那TA就会控制着全世界。

哈哈，没那么夸张啦。。。我想说的是我开始在研究Bollinger Band。还在思考着，这一堆的数据如何影响股市。特别是GHL。



别管我，我在自己对自己说，顺便keep一个record：
“GHL这种低Volume的股会照什么样的chart跑？还是它根本就无法照chart跑。这个Bollinger到底用 Standard Deviation 来做什么？在一个sample少成这个样子的 population应该就不representative了。”

Subject : SHARE SWAP AGREEMENT BETWEEN GHL SYSTEMS BERHAD, MOBILITYONE LIMITED AND MOBILITYONE SDN BHD.

Contents :

The Board of Directors of GHL Systems Berhad ("GHL Systems") wishes to announce that GHL Systems has entered into a Share Swap Agreement ("Agreement") with MobilityOne Limited ("ML") and MobilityOne Sdn Bhd ("MSB") on 22 June 2007 to sell and transfer 7,030,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each ("Sale Shares") in MSB , representing 3.93% of the issued and paid-up share capital of MSB, and ML agreed to purchase from GHL Systems the Sale Shares in consideration of ML allotting and issuing 3,209,784 new ordinary shares of £0.025 each ("Consideration Share") in the share capital of ML at purchase consideration of £80,245 ("Purchase Consideration") ("Share Swap")

Background Information on ML
ML is a limited company incorporated in Jersey and having its registered address at Walker House, 28-34 Hill Street, Jersey JE4 8PN, Channel Islands. Principal activity is an investment holding company.

Background Information on MSB
MSB is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965. As at today, the authorised share capital is RM23 million comprising of 230 million ordinary shares of RM0.10 each of which 178,800,024 ordinary shares are issued and fully paid-up. MSB is an MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) status company that is in the business of e-Channel products and services (such as mobile prepaid reloads and ticketing) as well as technology managed services and solution sales and consultancy.

Salient Terms of the Agreement
The salient terms of the Agreement are as follows:-

(a) GHL Systems hereby agree to sell and transfer to ML, and ML hereby agrees to purchase from GHL Systems the Sale Shares in consideration of ML allotting and issuing the Consideration Shares at the Purchase Consideration free from all encumbrances together with all rights attached thereto including all dividends and distributions declared paid or made in respect thereof on or after the date of this Agreement.

(b) The Purchase Consideration shall be settled by way of the allotment and issuance of the Consideration Shares to GHL Systems. All Consideration Shares issued shall be issued credited as fully paid-up and ranking pari passu in all aspects with the existing issued shares of £0.025 each in the share capital of ML. No dividends or any other form of distribution shall be declared, made, or paid by ML prior to the date of their allotment and issue.

(c) The obligations of the parties under this Agreement are conditional upon and are subject to the fulfillment of the condition precedent that each party shall have performed and complied with all obligations and conditions contained in this Agreement that are required to be performed or complied with by it and shall have obtained all approvals, consents and qualifications necessary to complete the transfer of the Sale Shares and the issue of the Consideration Shares (where applicable)

(d) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, completion of the purchase of the Sale Shares shall take place forthwith upon signature of this Agreement at the office of MSB (or such other place as may be decided by the MSB) ("Completion").

(e) At Completion, GHL Systems shall forward to ML, the following documents:-

(i) original share certificates of all of the Sale Shares;

(ii) valid and registrable (but can be unstamped) transfer forms in respect of all of the Sale Shares duly executed;

(iii) a certified true copies of the board of directors' resolution approving the sale of the Sale Shares; and
(iv) such other documents as may be required to enable ML to be the legal and beneficial owner of the Sale Shares.

(f) This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of Malaysia and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Basis of arriving at Purchase Price
The Purchase Consideration was arrived at after taking into consideration the net tangible assets of MSB.

Original cost of investment and date of investment
GHL Systems was entitled to 7,030,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in MSB via bonus issue on 1 May 2007.

Assumption of liabilities by ML
There is no assumption of liabilities by ML arising from the acquisition of the Sale Shares.

Documents for Inspection
The Agreement is available for inspection by the shareholders of GHL Systems at the Registered Office of GHL Systems at 20C, Jalan 1/64, Off Jalan Kolam Air/Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala Lumpur during office hour from Monday to Friday for a period of two (2) months commencing from this date of announcement.

Estimated time frame for completion
The estimate time frame for completion is three (3) weeks from the date of the Agreement.

Conditions of Approval
The Share Swap is not subject to the approval of shareholders of GHL Systems or any relevant authorities.

Departure from Securities Commission's Guidelines
To the best knowledge and belief of the Board of Directors of GHL Systems, the Share Swap has not departed from the Securities Commission's Policies and Guildelines on the Issue/Offer of Securities.

Rationale
The Share Swap arise due to MSB's reorganization of its group structure.

Effects of the Disposal
The Share Swap will not have any effects on the issued and paid-up share capital of GHL Systems and GHL Systems' substantial shareholders' shareholdings.

The Board of Directors of GHL Systems is of the opinion that the Share Swap would not have any material effect to the earnings and net assets of GHL Systems and its subsidiaries ("GHL Systems Group") for the financial year ending 31 December 2007.

There is no effect on the gearing of GHL Systems Group as no liabilities are expected to arise from the Share Swap.

Directors', Major Shareholders' and Connected Person's Interests
None of the directors or substantial shareholders of GHL Systems or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in relation to the Share Swap.

Directors' Recommendation
The Board of Directors of GHL Systems, having considered all aspects of the Share Swap, is of the opinion that the Share Swap is in the best interest of GHL Systems.

This announcement is dated 26 June 2007.
