（吉隆坡19日讯）Instacom集团（Instaco，0069，创业板）宣布，将财政年截止日期，从6月30日更改至12月31日。

Instacom集团向马交所报备，这是为了配合旗下子公司的财政年截止日期。配合更换财年，下一次财务审计报告将从2011年7月1日开始直到2012年12月31日，共6个月。[Nanyang]

Remarks :

Thereafter, subsequent financial year end of Instacom shall be 31 December. The rationale for the change is to harmonize the financial year end of Instacom with its subsidiaries. 傳INSTA網獲2.05億合約‧共享楊忠禮高速寬頻工程

（吉隆坡18日訊）市場盛傳，INSTA網（INSTACO,0069,創業板科技組）可能獲頒總值2億零50萬令吉的砂拉越通訊基礎設施合約，有望共享由楊忠禮機構（YTL,4677,主板貿服組）旗下楊忠禮通訊主導的“一個精明網絡＂計劃（1Bestari Net）高速寬頻工程大餅。

相關在砂州600家小學和中學供應、組裝、測試與營運通訊網絡的合約已頒予A級承包商1M Utama私人有限公司，而該公司也透露現與INSTA網就潛在2億零50萬令吉分包合約進入最終洽商階段。

市場人士指出，INSTA網熟悉砂州遼闊地形，而該州絕大部份仍處於基礎設施不足的情況，可能對非當地業者帶來挑戰，也是其雀屏中選的主因。

“該公司預期在3年時間內完成相關工程。＂不過，INSTA網管理層不願就此發表意見。

“一個精明網絡＂計劃是首相署表現管理及傳遞單位（Pemandu）國家關鍵經濟領域（NKEA）提倡的計劃，主要為全國高達9千924家學校，提供網絡系統與虛擬學習平台，而楊忠禮機構是在2011年獲頒相關合約，但卻面對砂州絕大部份地區仍處於基礎設施不足情況，對通訊設施組裝帶來嚴峻挑戰。（星洲日報／財經）

英斯達康 獲2.05億合約

（吉隆坡20日訊）英斯達康（INSTACO，0069，創業板科技股）宣布，獲1M Utama私人有限公司頒發一項工程授權合約（ Letter of Award），總值2億500萬令吉。

英斯達康今日向馬證交所報備指出，該項工程授權合約是于今早接獲，該公司將為1M Utama私人有限公司，承包位于砂拉越的電信網絡基礎設施工程。

“根據該項合約，公司將負責提供、安裝、測試並啟用，位于砂拉越的電訊網絡及基礎設施建造工程，預計是項工程將在未來3年內竣工。”

英斯達康指出，該項工程將在2013至2015財年中，為公司帶來可觀的盈利貢獻。

截至2013年3月31日，英斯達康首季營業額按年上揚34.1倍，錄的3021萬令吉的良好表現，淨利則獲轉虧為盈，錄得682萬8000令吉。

該公司指出，首季淨利獲轉虧為盈，主要歸功于旗下業務營業額，不斷獲得增長所帶動。

（吉隆坡12日讯）Instacom集团（Instaco，0069，创业板）建议，以2股送1张凭单方式奖励股东。

Instacom集团向马交所报备，将以每2普通股送1张凭单的比列，发行最高3亿5112万7130张免费凭单。

截至6月7日，集团缴足股本为7022万5426令吉，包含7亿225万4261股。

由于Instacom集团是以免费凭单派送给股东，所以不会筹措任何资金。

不过，在股东行使凭单转换时，将筹获一笔资金，数额得视凭单发行和行使量而定。

假设凭单行使价为每张27.7仙，预计可集资最高9726万令吉。

无论如何，集团将在计划获得所需批准后，再公布凭单行使价，预期第三季完成。[南洋网财经]

为了拿warrant而购入不是明智之举，你现在入手的时机不对(贵了~机会 50%/100%)，通常拍warrant后会压低母股的价钱来平衡。没有一家公司愿意做亏本生意。还是选一些有潜质的、被低估的股吧！
