may i know what does he mean by train only one grip on bench?
should i train different grip width?
Mean by varying your grip widths in training,
you able to focus on different muscle groups and strengthen each,
and eventually help you to breakthru plateau weight.
lets just said im running on regular cookie cutter program 3 day 2 bench press per week, how do i incoporate varies grip width to my program?
should i just switch grip once in a while?

i aint pro to set program
up to my understanding, if i gonna use different grip.
first i wont incoporate it into my main lift. i will do it at accesorries lift after main lift. like wider grip or narrow grip with light weight.
Afterall, the purpose is still to lift heavier weight possible with same tecniques,form and normal grip width right? this is powerlfting eh seminar ma
